If You Can Learn This ONE Secret From Arsenal, You Will 10x Your Revenue

Let me tell you something that most people are ignoring about Arsenal.

Right now, Arsenal is sitting on top of the Premier League AND the Champions League.
Pundits are even predicting they might win both.

But rewind 6 years…

Nobody gave Arsenal a chance.
When Arteta arrived, the club was a total mess.
Players lacked confidence.
The dressing room was broken.
The results were embarrassing.
And fans wanted him gone.

But the Arsenal board did something VERY uncommon:

They chose patience over panic.
They didn’t sack him.
They backed him.
They gave him money, players, structure, and TIME.

Slowly, the team started improving.
Then they became title challengers.
Then they finished runners-up three times to Man City and Liverpool.

Most clubs would have hit the reset button.

But Arsenal kept building.
Kept learning.
Kept refining.
Kept improving the small details.

Today, they are

Best defence.
Best midfield.
Best attack.
They rarely concede.
They can break down ANY team.
Their demolition of Bayern Munich wasn’t luck—it was YEARS of structure paying off.

Now here’s the real lesson:

If Arsenal had panicked in Year 2 and sacked Arteta, they would be like Manchester United today—constantly restarting, constantly confused, and constantly stuck.

And honestly?
That’s how most people run their businesses.

The moment a business gets tough, they quit.
The moment a new skill feels hard, they abandon it.
Then they jump to the next “hot” thing… and quit again.

No patience.
No consistency.
No compound effect.

Kevin Hart said he did comedy for 13 years before he “blew.”
13 years of showing up even when nothing was happening.

That’s how mastery is built.

So if you want to truly 10x your results?

Pick a path.
Commit to it.
Stay long enough for the compound effect to reward you.

Entrepreneurship is a marathon—
And so is success.

Not a sprint.

If Your Academic Thesis Feels Repetitive, This Is the Mistake You’re Making

Last week, a post-grad student sent me a thesis draft and said,

“Sir, my supervisor says my work is repetitive, but I don’t see it.”

Well, five pages in, I saw it.

Same idea.
Same author.
Different words.
Again and again.

Now the problem It wasn’t laziness. It wasn’t low intelligence.
It was a planning problem.

Here’s the real reason most academic writers and researchers recycle ideas without knowing:

They start writing before they start thinking strategically.

You don’t plan your arguments.

You don’t assign one clear idea to each section.

You quote the same author for definition,
explanation, application, and conclusion.

You explain a problem in Chapter 2… then explain it again in Chapter 4.

You use “According to…” like it’s on auto-repeat.

yet you are surprised when your supervisor says:
“This work is repetitive.”

now is this Painful? Yes.
but is it Fixable? 100%.

Here are some quick fixes that change everything:

• Plan your arguments before writing a single paragraph

• Give each source one clear job to do

• Merge similar ideas into one strong sentence

• Link problems directly to solutions instead of re-explaining

• Use one idea per paragraph

• Let your conclusion summarize, not re-teach

• Read your work and ask: is this a “New idea… or old idea in a new suit?”

Repetition doesn’t make your work clearer.
It makes it weaker.

If you’re a student, researcher, or academic struggling with:

– flagged repetitions
– weak flow
– heavy editing comments
– or rejected drafts

I offer professional academic editing, rewriting, and full writing support that turns repetitive work into clear, high-impact research.

Don’t let the tech bros deceive you —
your 9–5 is a goldmine for wealth creation.
All you need is…

I will tell you what you end at the end of this post

Somewhere on the internet, it suddenly became “cool” to mock people who work corporate jobs (9-5)
Apparently, if you’re not building an app in a coffee shop at 2am, you’re not “serious” about wealth.

Funny thing is…
Most of the world’s wealthiest people didn't’t start with risk or venture capitals

They started with salaries.

Steady ones.
Practical ones.
The “let me pay rent and still test my ideas” kind of salaries.

Examples?

• Jeff Bezos built Amazon after work hours at D. E. Shaw
• Sara Blakely funded Spanx with her fax-machine sales job
• Henry Ford used insights from Edison Illuminating Company
• Reed Hastings learned leadership in corporate before Netflix
• Larry Page & Sergey Brin leaned on stipends while shaping Google

Their jobs weren’t cages.
They were launchpads.

A 9–5 gives you what many entrepreneurs secretly wish they had:

• capital
• stability
• structure
• free education
• real-world problems to study
• networks you can’t buy

You’re literally being paid to learn communication, leadership, project management, problem-solving, and customer psychology.

That’s not small.
That’s leverage.

Now the real cheat code to building wealth is to👇👇

Use your 9–5 to LEARN.
Use your salary to SAVE.
Use your stability to BUILD.
Use your free time to GROW something of your own.

Your job isn’t limiting you.
Misusing the opportunity is.

What you really need is a mindset shift.
Your 9–5 is an asset. Build on it.

Having said that what you actually need to build wealth as a 9-5 or corporate worker is a change of perspective and mindset

So, if you want practical strategies to get hired, thrive at work, and use your corporate job as a launchpad, grab my new book:

My friend resigned from his job and landed a better one in less than a week… simply because he did this

My friend is someone who treats job searches the way some people treat ordering food.
He decides he’s done with a role, submits his resignation, and boom — within days he’s sitting with a better offer.

At first, I thought it was luck… until I paid attention to his patterns:

Here’s what people like him actually do differently:

1. They keep their CV updated, not when they need a job… but all the time:
They treat their CV like a product. Clear achievements, measurable results, strong keywords. Recruiters love people who make their work easier.

2. They build skills that employers compete for:
Not random courses. They focus on high-impact skills — communication, leadership, digital tools, analytics, problem solving, industry-specific certifications. They stay relevant.

3. They network intentionally.
Not strolling through events collecting souvenirs. They show up where decision-makers gather. They comment thoughtfully on posts. They maintain relationships, not contacts.

4. They show their work publicly.
Projects on LinkedIn, insights, results, wins, challenges. They don’t hide their competence. Visibility creates opportunities.

5. They always stay interview-ready.
They practice their pitch, refine their storytelling, and know how to communicate value. Confidence isn’t magic — it’s preparation.

6. They understand the job market.
They know what companies in their industry are hiring for, the tools they use, the problems they’re trying to solve. And they position themselves as the solution.

7. They don’t wait until they are desperate.
These people move from a place of strength. When you’re not desperate, you negotiate better, choose better, and attract better.

It’s not luck. It’s intentional career management.

If you want to be the person who can walk away from a job without fear — start by fixing the one thing that introduces you to opportunities before you even speak: your CV.

A strategic, professionally written CV puts you in the room you didn’t even know existed.

If you want yours revamped or rewritten to match your real value, send a message on WhatsApp +2348122955835.

Every Academic Writer Dreads This Moment — But It Made Me Better and it got me another gig

Ever had a client tell you your work “wasn’t really well done”?

yes I have.

you see recently, I completed an assessment for two post-graduate students in London.

One client gave me positive feedback, saying she passed with good marks (she scored 76).

Another, however, said she wasn't satisfied with my work. She even had to rework it herself.

At first, it stings.

As academic writers, we pour hours into research, structure, and formatting, yet sometimes, it’s not enough.

Here’s how I handled it:

1. Acknowledgment without defensiveness – I didn’t argue or make excuses.

I admitted that she had every right to be disappointed.

2. Ownership – I confirmed that I did the work myself but also took responsibility for falling short.

3. Commitment to improvement – I assured her that her next assignment would meet her expectations fully.

this responses assured her that I was committed to delivering exceptional services to her and she ended up giving me another gig.

So, you see this approach is rooted in empathic communication and professional accountability.

It not only diffuses tension but builds trust.

Clients see that you respect their needs, value feedback, and are committed to delivering excellence.

So my fellow academic writers, this is key: mistakes happen.
Not every draft will hit the mark.
But how you respond can turn a potentially negative experience into a lasting professional relationship.

Having said that, If you’re a student (undergraduate or post graduate) struggling with assignments,

or simply want top-quality academic writing you can trust, let’s work together.

Mr. Trump, Nigerians need your Army — not tomorrow, but TODAY! 🇳🇬

Because Nigeria is bleeding and crying out. Please, hear our cry.

As a Nigerian, I can no longer sit by and watch as Christians and Muslims alike are butchered, while our leaders turn every tragedy into political propaganda.

For 10 years under APC, insecurity has spiraled out of control — with nothing to show for it.

Now, under President Tinubu, the carnage continues:

In the first half of 2025, 6,800 Nigerians were killed in 4,672 violent incidents — a 19% increase from 2024.

Over 10,000 Nigerians have been murdered by non-state actors since May 2023.

In April 2025, the National Human Rights Commission recorded 570 killings and 278 kidnappings, including mass attacks in Plateau and Benue States.

In August, 17 worshippers were massacred inside a mosque in Katsina by bandits during prayers.

In Edo State, 16 men (mostly Hausa/Fulani) were lynched over mere suspicion of kidnapping.

Yet, our political elites move around with escorts, while ordinary Nigerians are being buried daily.

President Tinubu once criticized Goodluck Jonathan for failing to tackle Boko Haram — yet under his leadership, the bloodshed has only deepened.

We need real action, not Twitter noise.

So, Mr. Trump, if your army could assist — temporarily — to:
✅ Share counterterrorism intelligence with the Nigerian Army
✅ Dismantle bandits, terrorists, and kidnapping networks
✅ Restore safety across highways, villages, and worship centers

Then please, help us save Nigeria.
After the mission, you depart.

💭 Would you support U.S. army intervention in Nigeria if it meant ending banditry once and for all?

Could this be the real reason you’re not growing in your career.
You don’t understand “OFFICE POLITICS” or how to play it.
(But I can teach you how 😉)

Let’s be honest — office politics is that silent career game no one warned you about.

It’s not written in your job description, but it shapes everything — promotions, recognition, and even how much your ideas are valued.

If you don’t know how to play it, you’ll struggle.
But if you master it, it becomes both a ladder and a shield for your career.

So, what exactly is office politics?
It’s simply the mix of behaviors, attitudes, and strategies people use to gain influence or protect their interests at work.
And whether you like it or not, it exists everywhere — even in a team of 5 people.

I’ll give you an example 👇

When I worked in a small organization (just 9 staff), I was hired to take over from the General Manager. Naturally, she saw me as a threat — and things got tense.

But instead of fighting back, I played smart:
✅ I appealed to her emotions
✅ Showed humility
✅ Called her “Ma”
✅ Asked for her input on key decisions
✅ Even looped her into conversations with the CEO

What I did wasn’t manipulation — it was strategic emotional intelligence.

Within weeks, we became allies.
She started supporting my ideas openly, and when the transition finally happened, it was smooth.

That’s the power of understanding office politics — and doing it right.

Here’s how you can start playing it effectively: 👇👇
✅ Identify who truly holds influence (not just job titles)
✅ Build genuine relationships across departments
✅ Understand your company’s culture — what’s rewarded, what’s not

Office politics isn’t evil.
It’s about awareness, influence, and strategy.
If you want to grow in today’s workplace, you can’t afford to ignore it.

AI Isn’t Taking Jobs—It’s Exposing Skill Gaps (Here is how)👇👇

Just last week, a friend of mine told me about the development in her workplace and how the introduction of certain AI tools could replace her.

I laughed in my mind and assured her that AI doesn’t want her job—rather, it just wants her spotlight.” 😅

What I was trying to tell her is AI isn’t replacing people outright—it’s changing who gets noticed, valued, and rewarded at work.

Now if we are being honest,

AI didn’t suddenly appear and sn**ch anyone’s job. It simply revealed who’s been updating their skills and who’s been coasting on old ones.

Just like when you buy a new phone and realize your selfie game wasn’t bad—your old camera was! 📸

Many professionals are starting to see what recruiters have seen for a while—skill gaps everywhere.

And companies aren’t “firing” people because of AI; they’re simply hiring people who can work with it.

The truth is

AI isn’t a job thief. It’s a mirror.

And that mirror is asking you these questions.

👉 “Can you adapt?”

👉 “Can you learn fast?”

👉 “Can you show me results beyond buzzwords?”

That’s where the real career advantage lies—not in fearing the future, but in future-proofing yourself.

So before you blame AI, ask yourself: are you effectively utilizing it?

A good example is your CV.
Are you updating it with your recent achievements,
or is it still carrying the 2019 version of you?

Because here’s the catch—most organizations now use AI tools to scan CVs before a human ever sees them.

And if your CV isn’t ATS-friendly, it’s not even entering the conversation.

✨ That’s why I help professionals revamp and rewrite CVs that not only impress recruiters but also pass AI screening tools confidently.

There was a time I strongly believed this lie 👇👇

"That "Experience is the best teacher"

But now I know better and I know That experience is never the best teacher rather reflecting and evaluating on that experience is.

The truth is
It’s not experience that teaches.
It’s evaluated experience that does.

Experience only becomes a teacher when you stop and ask:

1. What really happened here?

2. What did I learn from it?

3. How can I do better next time?

When experience is your only teacher, progress can become imprisoned.

You keep repeating lessons you should have already learnt and graduated from.

But when you learn to evaluate your own experience and also the experiences of others — you buy time.

For example:
A good book on business might save you five years of trial and error.

A conversation with a mentor might save you from a mistake that could have cost you millions.

That’s why the wise don’t just live — they observe.

They learn from their own experiences, but even more from the scars and success stories of others.

So yes, experience is valuable — but only when you pause, reflect, and extract insights from it.

Otherwise, you’re just going through events without growing from them.

Tell me, If you can learn from the pain others paid for, why insist on paying the same price yourself?

So today decide to evaluate every experience you have henceforth and learn from them.

13/10/2025

Before you say, "I hate my job," you have to answer this question first?

Do you know the number one factor that affects your job satisfaction?

I know most of you don't, or you might be thinking is high salary, well is not.

According to research, it is having meaningful friendships at work.

I know some of you would say, "I don’t want friends at work; I just want to come to work, do my job, and leave."

Well, I used to say that too. 😅

But here’s the truth—that mindset is quietly killing your job satisfaction, the same way it did mine.

Imagine going to work and staying for 6 hours there without having a close buddy you can talk with and even vent to.

That would be an awful work experience

Because I strongly believe that when you have a friend you can laugh with during lunch break,

vent to when your boss sends a last-minute task,

or even brainstorm with on a tough project—your entire work experience changes.

You start looking forward to work.

You stay longer in your role.

And you even perform better.

Why?

Because friends at work create what money can’t buy—belonging and emotional safety, which we all need.

Without it, work feels mechanical. With it, work feels meaningful.

So maybe the next time you think, “I’m not here to make friends,”

You might want to rethink that.

Because one good friend at work could be the difference between “I hate Mondays” and “I love what I do.”
