RESEARCH MADE!

Experiment x Onions and pepper.

Get an onion and pepper and slice each into two.

Get a part of onion and a part of pepper and join them together.

Get plastic wrap and wrap it round as you see on this picture.

Keep it in a safe place and it will germinate in 2 weeks.

The onion and pepper will germinate together as a seed.

Plant that seed. Allow it stay 3 months and it will later produce not onion and not pepper but it will produce ginger.

If you allow it for 5 months, it will produce garlic.

Go and try it.

SELF LOVE THE KEY.

Not everyone you meet will love you. And that's okay, as long as you love yourself.

The importance Of Self Love:

1. Self-acceptance: Loving and accepting yourself, flaws and all.

2. Self-worth: Recognizing your value and worth, regardless of external validation.

3. Inner peace: Finding happiness and contentment within yourself, rather than relying on others.

Not Everyone Will Understand or Appreciate You
And that's okay! You don't need everyone's approval or love to:

1. Be yourself: Authenticity is key to living a fulfilling life.
2. Pursue your passions: Follow your heart and do what makes you happy.

3. Build meaningful relationships: Surround yourself with people who support and love you for who you are.

Focus on What Truly Matters
Rather than seeking validation from others, focus on:

1. Cultivating self-love: Practice self-care, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness.

2. Nurturing positive relationships: Invest in people who uplift and support you.

3. Pursuing your goals and dreams: Follow your heart and work towards your aspirations.

Remember
You are enough, just as you are. Don't rely on others to define your worth – you are worthy of love and respect, regardless of external validation.

CHANGES COME WHEN YOU CHANGE (TAKE ACTIONS)!!

The Importance of Taking Action Today
This quote emphasizes that:

1. Change starts now: If you want to see positive changes in your life, you need to take action today.

2. Procrastination won't help: Putting off until tomorrow what you can do today won't lead to progress or improvement.

3. Small steps add up: Every small change you make today can have a significant impact on your life tomorrow and in the future.

Areas to Focus On
Consider making changes in these areas:

1. Health and wellness: Start exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, or practicing mindfulness.

2. Personal growth: Learn a new skill, read a book, or take an online course to improve yourself.

3. Relationships: Reach out to a friend or family member, or work on building stronger connections with others.

4. Career and finances: Start working on a new project, create a budget, or take steps to improve your financial situation.

Remember
Your life won't change overnight, but by taking small steps today, you'll be one step closer to achieving your goals and living the life you want.

Start Today
Don't wait for tomorrow or next week. Start making positive changes in your life today, and watch how it can transform your tomorrow.

DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN RIVERS STATE: A VIOLATION OF DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES THAT MUST BE REJECTED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY - A CALL TO RESTORE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER!!!

The ongoing political struggle for control over Rivers State and its vast resources reached a critical and alarming point yesterday with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's proclamation of a state of emergency. While many Nigerians expressed shock at this drastic move, it comes as no surprise to those of us who have closely followed the unfolding power dynamics. This action appears to be a calculated political manoeuvre designed to appease a powerful political godfather, rather than a genuine response to any constitutional crisis.

For those well-versed in Nigeria’s constitutional framework, this development was a foreseeable outcome - an undemocratic last resort. A proper interpretation of Section 305 (3)(a-g) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) clearly exposes the political motivation behind this decision. Rivers State does not meet any of the stipulated conditions required to justify such an extreme measure.

The suspension of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, his Deputy, and the entire Rivers State House of Assembly is not only an outright attack on constitutional democracy but also a blatant deviation from the legal provisions governing emergency declarations. In simple terms, this is nothing short of a coup against democratic institutions. Sadly, the National Assembly, which should serve as a check on executive overreach, has become the weakest and most compromised legislative body in Nigeria’s democratic history.

In my previous live broadcast, I emphasized that President Tinubu’s invocation of Section 305 was a fundamental error and an abuse of executive power. The Constitution outlines specific conditions under which a state of emergency may be declared, including:

(a) the Federation is at war;

(b) the Federation is in imminent danger of invasion or involvement in a state of war;

(c) there is actual breakdown of public order and public safety in the Federation or any part thereof to such extent as to require extraordinary measures to restore peace and security;

(d) there is a clear and present danger of an actual breakdown of public order and public safety in the Federation or any part thereof requiring extraordinary measures to avert such danger;

(e) there is an occurrence or imminent danger, or the occurrence of any disaster or natural calamity, affecting the community or a section of the community in the Federation;

(f) there is any other public danger which clearly constitutes a threat to the existence of the Federation; or

(g) the President receives a request to do so in accordance with the provisions of subsection (4) of this section.

None of these conditions exist in Rivers State. There is no war, no large-scale unrest, and no imminent security threat warranting such drastic action. Therefore, the President’s decision is unconstitutional and an overreach of executive power.

It is now incumbent upon both the Legislature and the Judiciary to act decisively in defence of democracy. The National Assembly must reject this illegal declaration and reassert its constitutional authority. If it fails in its duty, the Judiciary - Nigeria’s last hope for justice - must step in to uphold the rule of law and safeguard the nation's democratic integrity.

I commend the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) under the leadership of Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, for its prompt intervention. This is a defining moment for Nigeria’s democracy. We must not allow constitutional violations to stand unchecked. The world is watching, and the credibility of our institutions is on the line.

Let wisdom, justice, and the rule of law prevail.

Peter Obi reacts to the State of Emergency in Rivers State by President Tinibu.

The unilateral decision of President Bola Tinubu to remove Governor Similaya Fubara of Rivers State from office is not only unconstitutional but also reckless.

It has plunged us back into a state of lawlessness, hugely undoing the progress we have made in these 26 years of democratic journey.

By disregarding the rule of law, the President has shown a dangerous willingness to trample on democracy.

The declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State is not just reckless—it is a clear attempt to return us to a state of nature and tighten its grip on power at all costs.

It is a degrading back door imposition of martial rule on a strategic part of the federation with all the implied negatives .

The political situation on the ground in Rivers does not justify such an extreme measure, and it is also a biased interpretation of section 305(1) of the 1999 constitution.

A state of emergency does not mean an elected Governor can be removed unilaterally. This decision does not align with democratic norms or good governance. Instead, it appears to be a predetermined action serving specific interests rather than the collective good of the people of Rivers State and Nigeria.

This action constitutes an unconstitutional overreach, setting a dangerous precedent that threatens democracy, the rule of law, and the separation of powers. If left unchecked, it could foster a culture of impunity.

Having already been grappling with non-adherence to electoral qualifications, rules, and massive rigging, adding arbitrary removal of elected officials will push us to a state of nature and anarchy.

I appeal to the National Assembly and all stakeholders not to allow this to stand, as it only deepens the culture of impunity and brigand already threatening our democracy.

A new Nigeria is POssible!

PRESS RELEASE

BY THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF RIVERS STATE

My dear Rivers People,

I address you today with a deep sense of responsibility and calm, as we navigate this unfortunate moment in our state’s political history.

Since assuming office as your Governor, all my actions and decisions have been guided by my constitutional oath of office and a great sense of duty.

We prioritized the protection of lives and property and ensured the continuous progress of our dear State.

Even in the face of the political impasse, we have remained committed to constitutional order and the rule of law, putting the interest of our people above all else.

This was why, immediately after Mr. President’s intervention to broker peace, we did not hesitate to implement the agreed terms in good faith, including welcoming back commissioners who had previously resigned on their own volition.

Furthermore, we moved swiftly to comply with the Supreme Court's judgement immediately we received the certified true copy of the judgement to return the state to normalcy.

These steps were taken not for personal gains but to foster peace, unity and stability in our dear State.

Unfortunately, at every turn, members of the Rivers State House of Assembly frustrated our efforts, thus making genuine peace and progress difficult.

Our priorities remained the security of lives and property and advancing the well-being and prosperity of Rivers people.

Yes, we have political disagreements, but good governance had continued, salaries have been paid, and great projects were being executed to move the State forward. Above all, Rivers State is safe, secure and peaceful under our watch.

At this critical time, I urge all Rivers people to remain peaceful and law-abiding. We will engage with all relevant institutions to ensure that our democracy remains strong and that Rivers State continues to thrive.

We have always been a resilient people, and we will face this situation with wisdom, patience, and unwavering faith in the democratic process.

God bless Rivers State. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Sir, Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS

THE COST OF TRYING TO FIT IN.

When you're constantly trying to fit in:

1. You lose yourself: You compromise your values, interests, and personality to conform to others' expectations.

2. You stifle your creativity: Trying to fit in can lead to a lack of innovation and originality, as you're more focused on blending in than standing out.

3. You miss out on opportunities: By trying to fit in, you might avoid taking risks or pursuing opportunities that could help you grow and discover your true potential.

4. You struggle with self-acceptance: Constantly trying to fit in can lead to self-doubt, low self-esteem, and a sense of not being good enough.

Embracing Your Uniqueness.
When you stop trying to fit in and instead focus on being yourself:

1. *ou discover your strengths: You'll identify your talents, skills, and passions, and learn to leverage them.

2. You develop confidence: Embracing your uniqueness can boost your self-esteem and confidence, helping you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

3. You attract like-minded individuals: When you're unapologetically yourself, you'll draw people who appreciate and value your authenticity.

4. You unlock your full potential: By embracing your individuality, you'll be more likely to take risks, pursue your passions, and achieve your goals.

Remember
You don't need to fit in to be accepted or loved. Your uniqueness is what makes you special, and it's the key to unlocking your full potential.

Be Yourself, Unapologetically.
Don't be afraid to stand out, to be different, and to celebrate what makes you unique. The world needs more people who are unapologetically themselves, and who inspire others to do the same.
