Just add your Scent leaf. Oyego!!!
I love this Grated Porridge Water Yam (Ikpankuko) or (Uba Nvala)
Ingredients (To my Taste)
Fresh tomatoes
Ice Fish
Bonga fish
Onion
Maggi
Salt
Scent leaf
After GRATING the WATER YAM, I added 2 star Maggi, Salt, Onion to it and mixed very well.
Then after steaming or parboiling the ice Fish,
I Put oil in the pot
Fried my Onion
Fried my grinded crayfish
Added sliced Fresh tomatoes
Added Gino curry
Pour in the Ice Fish water, added more water
Put Maggi and salt to taste
Put another crayfish and the bonga fish
Put pepper and brought everything to a boil, lower the fire/gas/heat
Then started putting the mixed grated water yam one after the other just the shape of Akara ball.
8 to 10 minutes after putting everything, I added my Scent leaf, covered for the next 15 to 20 minutes.
Food Is Ready. Serve and enjoy yourself 🥰🥰🥰
