🎀Feminine hygiene: Tips no one tells you about or talks about 🎀🫧
Change underwear 🩲 daily — and go for cotton
👉 Cotton allows airflow and reduces moisture that can cause infections.
🧻 Wipe front to back — always
👉 Prevents bacteria from the back entering your va**na and causing UTIs.
Avoid scented soaps 🧼 and va**nal washes
👉 Your va**na cleans itself. Just wash the v***a (outer area) with warm water or mild, unscented soap.
Let her breathe at night 🧘‍♀️
👉 Going commando (no panties) while sleeping helps prevent moisture buildup and irritation.
Don't ignore discharge — learn what's normal
👉 Clear or white with no smell is typically normal. A strong odor or unusual colors should be discussed with a doctor.
Change pads/tampons every 4–6 hours
👉 Even on light days. This keeps bacteria and odor away 🤧.
Hydration is hygiene too 🚰
👉 Drinking water helps keep your body and its processes running smoothly.
Use a separate towel for your intimate area
👉 Helps prevent bacteria 🦠 transfer and irritation

🇳🇬 HAPPY 66TH INDEPENDENCE DAY, NIGERIA! 🇳🇬

66 years is not a small age.

Today, we celebrate Nigeria, our people, our culture, our resilience and everything that makes us who we are. ❤️💚

But beyond the celebrations, there is also much to reflect on. At 66, we still have a lot to achieve as a nation. We remain dependent on other countries for many things we should be able to produce ourselves, while challenges in healthcare, education, electricity, security, infrastructure and employment remain.

Independence should mean more than a flag and a national celebration. It should mean having the ability to stand on our own, build strong systems and create a better life for our people.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 🇳🇬❤️💚
May we continue to build the Nigeria we dream of.

YOUR BODY WHEN YOU DRINK ENOUGH WATER 💧

💧 Your urine may become lighter
💧 Your mouth may feel less dry
💧 Your body can regulate temperature better
💧 Your digestion may be supported
💧 You may feel less thirsty and sluggish
💧 Your body gets the fluid it needs to function properly

Don’t wait until you’re extremely thirsty before drinking water. 💦

Water is simple, but your body needs it every single day. 💧

Drink regularly and listen to your body’s thirst signals.

DARK KNEES & ELBOWS? 🤎

Here’s what you can do to improve them naturally 👇🏽

Dark knees and elbows are common, especially because these areas can become dry, thickened and exposed to friction.

✨ What you can do:

• Moisturize them every day, especially after bathing.

• Use a gentle exfoliant 2–3 times a week to remove built-up dead skin.

• Avoid harsh scrubbing or bleaching products—they can irritate the skin and make uneven pigmentation worse.

• If your knees or elbows are exposed to the sun, use sunscreen.

• Be consistent. Skin improvement usually takes time.

Remember: The goal is healthy, even-looking skin—not changing your natural skin colour. 🤎

Emergency Cheat Sheet: How to Treat Any Fabric Stain 🧺 In 5 Minutes!

Don't throw away your favorite shirt! Save this guide so you know how to treat stains before they set in:

1. ☕ Coffee Stains: Flush immediately with cold water, then apply dish soap and rub gently.

2. 🍷 Red W**e: Cover generously with salt or baking soda to soak up the liquid, then rinse with cold water.

3. 🍳 Oil / Grease: Sprinkle cornstarch or baking soda on the spot, let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the oil, then scrub with dish soap.

4. 🖊️ Ink Marks: Dab gently with rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer using a cotton ball.

Rule #1: NEVER use hot water first—it sets the stain permanently!

Tag someone who is always spilling things! 🛑

Stomach feels full, but you can’t p**p? Try these simple steps.

What to do:

1.Drink more water throughout the day.

2. Eat fibre-rich foods such as oats, beans, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

3.Move your body—walking can help stimulate bowel movement.

4. Don’t ignore the urge to use the toilet.

5. Try sitting on the toilet at a regular time each day, especially after a meal.

Simple home option:

Warm water may be soothing and can help you increase your fluid intake, but it isn't a guaranteed treatment for constipation.
If constipation is severe, keeps coming back, or comes with severe abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in the stool, or inability to pass gas, seek medical care.
