Most women are fickle minded and they can be manipulated easily. A woman will find cheating convenient if all the friends in her circle also cheats.

If you have a friend who is never afraid to hit you with the harsh cold truths and doesn't care how you feel about it either, keep them around. Good friends can be hard to find and if you have a few wonderful and loyal friends, never give them up.

The list below can affect you drastically in the long run, stay away from these if you're thinking of long term goals:

- P**n addiction. (P**n is free because you pay with your ability to love a real woman).

- Betting/Gambling addiction. (Your brain makes you think there won't be any solution for you if you don't bet. It's psychological. It will make you feel until you bet before you find a way out. You need to remove this mentality. The thing about betting is, once the people engaging in it start 'winning' and getting money, they feel this is an easy way to go, until they get hooked to it).

- Alcohol, smoking, drugs. (Consuming alcohol doesn't make you forget, it only stops your brain from recording new events for the period you were drunk).

- Patronizing s*x workers.

- Bad company, bad mentors.

- Bad dieting. Feeding on junks etcetera.

Addictions creates a facade of pleasure but with a hidden ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Once it does, you might never be able to leave until you're destroyed from the explosion.
