She's a social impact management consultant, educator, and writer with a background in theatre arts and leadership development. Her debut novel, "Sanya," has earned her significant recognition, including the prestigious $100,000 Nigeria Prize for Literature in 2025. Oyin is also the chief curator of The Experience Factory, an education enterprise focused on curating out-of-classroom experiences for young people, covering areas like arts, STEM, and financial literacy ¹ ².
