How to plan a full week of content in under 30 minutes.

Batch your content. Plan once. Post all week.

Here's my exact process

Step 1: Pick one day to plan (10 mins)

I do this every Sunday.
No phone. No distractions.
Just me, my tool, and a coffee.

Decide your 3 posts for the week before you write a single word.
What pillar? What topic? What's the goal of each post?
Just the ideas. Nothing more.

Step 2: Write all 3 captions back to back (12 mins)

Don't edit as you go.
Just write.
You can fix it later.
Getting it out is more important than getting it perfect.

Step 3: Design your graphics (5 mins)

Open Canva.
Pick your saved brand template.
Swap the text.
Done.
No starting from scratch every time.

Step 4: Schedule everything (3 mins)

Meta Business Suite is free.
Upload your posts, set the dates and times, hit schedule.
Walk away.

Your whole week is done.

And here's what changes when you batch

You stop posting from panic.
You stop skipping days because you "don't know what to say."
You show up consistently even on your busiest weeks.

Consistency isn't about motivation.
It's about having a system that works even when you don't feel like it.

For a long time, I caught myself trapped in a DIY mindset. I designed every single minor graphic from scratch. I spent hours micro-managing basic administrative tasks. I handled every technical glitch myself.

But here is what I wasn't calculating: the absolute bankruptcy of my creative energy.

I told myself I was being smart, frugal, and resourceful.

By the time I finished doing all the heavy lifting for tasks that could have been automated or streamlined, I had zero energy left for high-impact work. I was saving pennies, but I was losing hours that could have been spent on high-level strategy, client acquisition, and actual business growth.

A powerful question changed everything for me:
"If you took the hours you waste on $5 tasks and used them to sign just one premium client, would it cover the cost of the help you're avoiding?"

The answer was an immediate yes.

Stop trading your premium energy for low-leverage tasks. Your time is non-refundable. Reinvest it where it actually counts.
