‎HEARTILY CONGRATULATES The Department Of Accounting On This REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT.
‎
‎We are on the global stage. Heartfelt congratulations to the Department of Accounting, Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic (CEAPoly), for emerging 1st place at the Rivers State Inter-Tertiary Institutions Debate Competition organized by ICAN, outperforming about six (6) participating institutions, including UNIPORT, RSU, Ken-Poly, IAUE, and others.
‎This outstanding achievement is a clear testament to the academic excellence, discipline, and intellectual capacity of our Accounting students. It also reflects the visionary, competent, and capacity-driven leadership of Sir Dr. B. Gimi, whose relentless efforts continue to position the CEAPoly Accounting Department for greatness evident not only in this debate victory but also in the department’s remarkable performance in recent ICAN examinations and engagements.
‎This is indeed a major win for the entire student community and our great institution. Kudos to the team, the department, and CEAPoly at large.

Keeping CEAPOLY Environment Clean

The Students’ Union Government (SUG), through its executive members, carried out a sanitation exercise on Monday as part of efforts to maintain a clean and healthy environment within CEAPOLY.

In view of this, all students are hereby reminded to take personal responsibility for keeping the school environment clean. Proper disposal of waste in designated refuse bins is mandatory, and indiscriminate dumping of refuse around classrooms, hostels, and school premises will not be tolerated.

A clean environment promotes good health, discipline, and effective learning. Students are therefore urged to cooperate fully and ensure that CEAPOLY remains neat at all times.

Let us work together to keep our campus clean and presentable.

On the 12 January 2026 The Students Union Government (SUG) Executive sincerely appreciates and acknowledges all students who came out in their numbers to honour the memory of our late School Registrar Late Hon.Comrade Eze Godfrey Awashi by attending his burial ceremony.

Your presence, support, and show of respect greatly contributed to the success of the burial and served as a strong comfort to the family, colleagues, and the entire school community during this moment of grief. It truly reflects the unity, compassion, and discipline that define our student body.

We are grateful for your sacrifices, understanding, and cooperation. May the soul of our departed Registrar Late Hon.Comrade Eze Godfrey Awashi rest in perfect peace, and may God reward you all for standing in love and solidarity.
