This whole situation between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko has been heavy to watch. Seeing the back-and-forth, the accusations, and now hearing that she’s faced physical abuse, it’s heartbreaking. What hurts more is watching him appear in public with another wife like nothing happened, as if there’s no pain or shame attached to it.

Marriage isn’t meant to be a stage for suffering. It’s meant to be peace, love, and partnership. When a woman cries out about abuse, it shouldn’t be ignored or downplayed because of money or power. Too often, society looks away when the rich are involved, but pain doesn’t respect class.

I just pray Regina finds strength, truth, and healing through it all. And for every woman fighting silent battles, may God give you peace and the courage to walk away from anything that breaks you. 💔

Remember when we used to run outside barefoot, chasing tyres and eating mangoes straight from the tree? Life was so simple then. No pressure, just joy.

Sometimes love isn’t grand gestures, it’s someone saving you the last piece of meat or asking, “Have you eaten?” That’s pure affection in Nigerian language. ❤️

Rest isn’t laziness. Sometimes you need to pause, breathe, and remind yourself that even machines recharge. Humans too deserve that.

No matter how rough a day gets, once I eat good food, everything softens 😅. Yesterday, I made plantain and egg sauce, and for a moment, it felt like my whole spirit calmed down. Maybe that’s why they say “happiness lives in the kitchen.” It’s not just food, it’s comfort, peace, and a reminder that small things can make big days feel better.

When I was younger, I used to think adulthood was soft, eat what you want, sleep when you like. Nobody told me about bills, exhaustion, and pretending to have it all together 😭. Still, I’m learning to give myself grace. Some days it’s okay to rest. Some days it’s okay to cry. We’re all figuring it out in this loud, unpredictable life, one day at a time.

PHCN did their usual last night, and I had to sit outside while the generator hummed in the background. It’s crazy how peaceful chaos can be sometimes. The noise, the mosquitoes, yet that cool night breeze felt like therapy. I started thinking about life, how we chase peace in the middle of madness and still find reasons to smile. That’s Nigeria for you. We complain, but we survive. Every single time.
Good morning everyone 🌞 🌒
