ALOE VERA DIY FOR YOU

3 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel

½ teaspoon Turmeric

1 teaspoon Jojoba Oil

7-8 drops Peppermint Oil

Directions-

To make this turmeric skin gel, you need to add aloe vera gel in a mixing jar.
Fresh aloe vera gel is not going to work in this recipe because it will not emulsify with other ingredients and it will not have longer shelf life. You need emulsifiers in order to preserve the final product and also to mix all the Ingredients together.
Now, to this aloe vera gel add turmeric, jojoba oil and peppermint oil. Mix everything together until it is well emulsified and then transfer it to an easy to use jar.
Use it as a skin gel during the day and before sleeping as well. To use, take a small quantity on your palms and massage it on your facial skin and neck until fully absorbed.

NOTE-

Always patch test before using any new remedy or product to make sure you do not react to it. This is done to check whether you are allergic to a particular ingredient or not.

HOW TO PREPARE AVOCADO OIL
The healthy fats in d avocado gives you a glowing skin, healthy hair & nail. The oil version can serve as a hydrator to get similar results as the butter.
Procedures
Avocado is made by extracting d oil from ripe avocado fruit
1. Wash 12 avocado & cut each one in half around the pit
2. Use spoon to scoop out d fruit & deposit it in a food processor or blender
3. Blend d fruit until it form a smooth paste
4. Pour d blended avocado in a pot or frying pan
5. Pour enough carrier oil to cover d avocado & cook it on a medium heat, stir it every 5 minutes
6. Cook until d water has evaporated & d mixture changes from a light green to dark green or Brown
7. When d avocado mixture has stop cooking, place a clean cloth and as cheese cloth, squeeze d sack to strain d water until d last drop come out.
8. Then pour d oil into small bottle or jar
