*TODAY’S WORD*
Not everyone is willing to pay the price required to be close to God. Not everyone is willing to make the investments needed for spiritual growth. God does not ask for all of our time. He certainly wants us to do things we do not consider “spiritual.” He designed us with bodies, souls (minds, wills, and emotions) and spirits, and He expects us to take care of all these areas.

Exercising our bodies and caring for our souls takes time and effort. Our emotions need to be ministered to; we need to have fun and be entertained, and we need to enjoy being with other people. Our minds need to grow and be renewed daily. In addition, we have a spiritual nature that needs attention. To stay balanced and healthy, we must take time to take care of our entire being. I believe the whole issue of intimacy with God is a matter of time.

We say we do not have time to seek God, but the truth is that we take time to do the things that are most important to us. Even though we all have to fight distractions every day, if knowing God and hearing from Him is important to us, then we will find time to do it. Do not try to work God into your schedule, but instead, work your schedule around time with Him.

Getting to know God is a long-term investment, so do not get discouraged if you do not get instant results. Be determined to honour Him with your time, and you will reap the benefits.

“Father God, I choose to seek You with all my heart. Purify my heart from divided thoughts, lukewarmness, and compromise. I want to develop a singleness of mind towards You, with my heart purified, so that I can draw closer and closer to You. *THE BETRAYAL*

*TODAY’S SCRIPTURE*
MARK 14:10-11 NIV
“Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus to them. They were delighted to hear this and promised to give him money. So he watched for an opportunity to hand him over.”

*TODAY’S WORD*
BETRAYAL is the pain, anger, or disappointment of being deceived by someone you trusted. Betrayal can happen with people you trust.
Even when it does not surprise you, it still hurts.

In Mark 14, we see a striking contrast between absolute devotion and betrayal occurring simultaneously. While Mary poured out a costly alabaster jar of perfume on Jesus—an act of pure, extravagant love—Judas Iscariot was plotting to sell his Saviour for thirty pieces of silver. He looked at Jesus and saw a means to an end, a source for monetary gain.

In Today’s Bible verses, we are told that Judas sought an opportunity to betray Jesus. It was not just a greedy act; it was the result of a heart that had become disillusioned. Betrayal rarely happens in a vacuum. It grows in the soil of selfish expectation. Jesus knew the betrayal was coming; he knew it was coming from one of His closest companions and knew Judas would turn against Him. But God had a better plan. God used this as a steppingstone to bring about the greatest blessing of all, the forgiveness and salvation of His people. As Judas looked for an opportunity to betray Jesus, God saw an opportunity to fulfil His purpose for His people.

When you are betrayed, it stings, and it hurts. You can either choose to become bitter or look for God’s blessings in it. Let the hurt deepen your relationship with God. God has a plan, and He is in control. God will take what you view as betrayal to a new season of blessing for you.

Do not be a Judas who sold the Lord Jesus. but be a Mary, who poured expensive perfume worth roughly a year’s wages on Jesus’ feet, showing that nothing was too precious to give to Him

*TODAY’S WORD*
“Preparing the way”is not a one-time event but a daily habit of aligning our hearts with God. It is akin to cleaning, repairing roads, or yielding to an emergency vehicle, ensuring Jesus is not hindered by the "traffic" of our lives—such as distracting routines or unresolved sins.
True preparation involves acknowledging areas of sin and turning back to God. Identify "valleys" or "mountains" in your heart that hinder your relationship with God.

To "prepare the way" for Jesus and to point people to Him, we need a spirit of hospitality that is welcoming to those who are marginalized or in need. By nurturing relationships built on trust and understanding, we create spaces where the love of Christ can be experienced.

As Christians, we can "prepare the way" for Jesus by living lives of genuine love, compassion, and humility. This involves embodying His teachings through our actions. It means showing kindness to others and practicing forgiveness.

We can also engage in prayer and reflection that allows God to transform us. Ultimately, by living out Christ's teachings, we can open the door for God’s presence to be felt in the hearts and minds of other people.

*THE ANOINTED*

*TODAY’S SCRIPTURE*
MARK 1:10 NKJV
“And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove.”

*TODAY’S WORD*
The word “anoint” means “to pour on and rub in.” In the Old Testament, anointing was the ritualistic application of sacred oil to priests, prophets, and kings, setting them apart for divine service. It symbolised the Holy Spirit’s presence, enabling special authority and protection. They had oil poured over their heads, symbolising the Spirit of God resting on them as they carried out their duties each day.

In the New Testament, the Spirit of God descended “like a dove” on Jesus, as He received baptism from John the Baptist. Jesus was the “Christ,” the “Anointed One.” In the Old Testament, three kinds of people were anointed to special tasks—priests, prophets, and kings, Jesus Christ became the ultimate fulfilment of all these three roles. The Anointed One is our supreme prophet, our perfect high priest, and our Almighty King. If we carry His name, being called “Christian,” we also share in His anointing. We are called to be priests, rulers, and prophets in God’s Kingdom.

So, what is God asking us to do? We are to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit we have been given—like Jesus and the prophets who came before Him. Today, this means we make known to the world the good news of Jesus. We make God’s presence known through our words and actions. We are to speak out, not remain silent. We are to act with courage, not retreat in fear. We are to offer God’s compassion to the world instead of indifference.

When we pick up the cloak of the prophet, accepting the anointing to which we are called, God will use us to be the persons through whom the good news is preached and the name of Jesus is known.

Whatever it is that you want, what is it going to take to reach it? See, what you want is not going to just fall into your lap. it is important to keep your God-given dreams in front of you (see Habakkuk 2:2-3), you also have to learn to be content, so you will not be miserable on the way to the fulfillment of your dreams. At the same time, you should never allow contentment to make you so comfortable that you forget about the vision.

God wants you to dream. He wants you to plan. He does not want the demands and routines of life or things like fear to keep you from moving forward in life. So, when those things come, you have to be ready to rise up against them. Even something as simple as waking up every morning and saying, “Something good is going to happen to me today,” can put fear and other distractions in their place.

When you spiritually connect with God by proclaiming His promises, that is when your dreams start being fulfilled. You can be like Abraham and Sarah if you will just believe and press toward God’s best for you. *GOD OUR HEALER*

*TODAY’S SCRIPTURE*
EXODUS 15:26 NKJV
“and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.””

*TODAY’S WORD*
The Bible says that when they left Egypt, they were all well. Even though they were not sick, God decided to teach them about healing. He wanted them to know that He would heal them as and when they required it in the future.

The Israelites represent us, The Body Of Christ. God is telling us that after we come out of the dominion of sin and Satan, HE will bless us with good health.

God’s promise to be our Healer is not just a description of what He does but a declaration of who HE is. God is the “Great Physician" “JEHOVAH RAPHA” who can restore the body from illness and injury, emotional and mental healing. God “binds up the brokenhearted" (Psalm 147:3), mending minds and hearts, burdened by trauma, anxiety, or grief. Most importantly, He heals the "bitterness" of sin.

God forgives the sinner, gives a clean record, and then heals. God cares about every area of your health — your physical health, your mental and emotional well-being as well as your spiritual (Psalm 103:2-3). When we understand that God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Great Physician, we recognize that no healing happens apart from Him. Only God can provide lasting healing from our brokenness.

I do not know if you are going through anything currently where you need healing physically or spiritually, but I do know that Jehova Rapha desires to bring healing to you. God sees you and loves you. He knows you by name, and He loves you with an everlasting love. Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, wants to bring healing to you in the way that you need, trust Him, and receive the healing that you need from Him.
