As we step into the new month, I am delighted to celebrate the successful conclusion of our Women Nail Fixing Training Programme, another testament to our unwavering commitment to empowering our people through practical skills and economic opportunities.

The programme equipped women from different wards across the constituency with professional nail fixing skills, while also providing them with daily meals (breakfast and lunch) throughout the training, starter packs, and financial support to help them establish their businesses.

Beneficiaries were selected without regard to tribe or ethnicity, ensuring equal opportunities for both indigenes and non-indigenes to benefit from the initiative.

We remain committed to creating more opportunities that promote self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods across Port Harcourt Constituency 1.

I wish every resident of Port Harcourt Constituency I a Happy New Month filled with peace, good health, and new opportunities.

Empowering people with skills remains one of the most sustainable pathways to economic growth and self-reliance.

Over the years, I have facilitated various skill acquisition programmes in areas such as waste management in maritime, tiling, fish farming, and several others aimed at equipping constituents with practical skills for livelihood and entrepreneurship.

To the glory of God, we have successfully concluded our Women Hairdressing Training Programme, another strategic investment in human capital development within Port Harcourt Constituency I.

Beyond the training itself, beneficiaries received starter packs and financial support to enable them begin practicing their newly acquired skills and build sustainable sources of income.

Participants were also provided with breakfast and lunch throughout the duration of the training to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Beneficiaries were carefully selected from the various wards across the constituency irrespective of their tribe to ensure inclusiveness and equal opportunity for all communities to benefit from this initiative. Both indigenes and non indigenes were trained and benefited from this initiative.

Our commitment remains to continue creating opportunities that empower our people, promote self sufficiency, and improve livelihoods across Port Harcourt Constituency I.

Watching your journey from the classroom to this significant milestone and having the privilege of supporting your educational pursuits has been a rewarding experience for me as an uncle. Your dedication, resilience, and commitment to excellence have brought honour to our family and inspired those around you.

As you begin this noble profession, may you uphold the highest ideals of justice, integrity, and service to humanity. May your careers be marked by distinction, impact, and outstanding accomplishments.

I am delighted to announce the completion of key water projects across Port Harcourt Federal Constituency I, including the installation of two new solar-powered boreholes in Ukukalama and Fimie Communities, and the additional rehabilitation of three water facilities in Somiari Community, the restoration of the 100,000-litre reservoir in Marine Base.

These interventions are part of my unwavering commitment to ensuring that our people have access to clean, safe, and reliable water supply. Together, we will continue to build stronger and healthier communities.
