Yesterday, under the leadership of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS, I attended the 2026 Armed Forces Remembrance Day to honour our fallen heroes who paid the ultimate price for the peace and stability we enjoy today.

Their courage and sacrifice reflect the values of service, discipline, and patriotism that this administration stands for. As stakeholders in governance, we remain committed to supporting policies and initiatives of the Fubara-led administration that promote security, unity, and sustainable peace across Rivers State.

We must continue to honour our heroes not only through remembrance, but through responsible leadership and collective commitment to building a safer and more prosperous future for our people.
