How I wrote an Ad that Brought in a 100+ Sales in Just 3 Days - the secret you can use to get people to order your product RIGHT from your ad and pay for it.

There is a reason I'm so attached to my room.

Like! I could literally spend my whole day there and not feel it (as long as there's enough food).

I'm sure the bond I have with my room is stronger than most Modern day relationships.

And the reason is not because it's super comfortable. Not because of the room size. Not because it's well painted.

I'll tell you a little story. For you to understand better.

In 2019, during one of our holidays, I started selling products online and decided to run ads to promote this product.

Carry your market on your head, running Ads is the way ONLY way to get Visible and make sales online, they said.

So I promoted my first products through ads. And I didn't make any sale.

I was getting quite a number of people 'DMing' me here and there saying they are interested in getting my product.
.. But the moment I revealed my price, they'd ghost me.

Other times, I would Spend countless hours talking to a potential customers with high hopes.
.. And before I say Jack Robinson, I'll hear, "I'll get back to you," at the end of the conversation.

It was beginning to become a Problem. A Big one at that.

That it started to feel hard and frustrating to continue my business.

Nobody had told me how hard it could be to get a customer who ordered your products to pay.

This was a business I thought would change my life. But "shingbine" I didn't see.

Look, a good advert or a good promotion will do nothing for you if you do not know HOW to GET clients to PAY you in your DM. Close the sale.

There's something else you need to know, some psychology punchlines you need to master and infuse in your conversations with clients to get them to pay you effortlessly.

The reason I'm telling you this is because of an experience I had sometime ago.

Just recently, a friend reached out to me that she wanted to promote a certain product. But she was scared of not making any sales.
.. Because of the nature of the product.

The Bad News about Facebook and IG Ads! - This is why your Ads don't Convert and no one is buying your product RIGHT from your ad.

I will tell you a Quick story.

So you get this.

As a young boy growing up, I went to a brick and mortar private school. For average men.

My dad would give us #20 naira to school every day. Yes. EVERY SINGLE DAY!

We had just ONE canteen in our school. Privately owned.

Let's call her mama Emeka's Canteen for the purpose of this story.

My younger brother and I would buy her jellof rice and "very small" meat. Especially my younger brother.

We'll get rice of #10 naira, buy "Pure" water for #5 naira and get some other sweet month with the remaining change (money).

But year after year, this lady's food was not getting any better.
That even Teachers and Pupils would start complaining.

She refused to improve. Was just same old rice, of which, most times was prepared poorly. Not sweet. But we just had to manage as was the ONLY One selling.

Until one day, a NEW woman ROLLED her food wheelbarrow to our school gate.

A few of my classmates bought. Expressed how delicious this New woman's food was.

So much That I couldn't waste for the next day to taste it too...

Finally did and it was the REAL "Party Jellof" cooked with love and seasoned with passion. Lol.

And that was how pupils started singing this New Woman's praises...
..That even our teachers could testify.

Her meat was bigger and tastes way better. Plus the freshly prepared salad which she always added to our meals.

And Boom!

In a matter of weeks, Mama emeka's canteen started running dry.

Dry Like a desert.

That most people would ONLY go there just to get water and maybe biscuit.

And Of course, mama Emeka started getting Jealous.

Why?
The New lady had a better OFFER than mama Emeka's.

It was a combination of a nicely cooked party Jellof rice, a Bigger Meat, plus freshly made Salad which mama Emeka's NEVER offered.

And it was the SIMPLE Buy Over.

See, people always want to get value for their money, no matter the target audience you're selling too.

That is why, it's not just about running Ads, you need to first come up with Something irresistible. Something they can't say NO to.

I mean, what they won't Thick twice to Purchase RIGHT from your ad.

If not Facebook would keep was.ting your money just to get Reach and Impressions.

And I'm not taking about offering the lowest price.

Oh No! The New lady with the Wheelbarrow DID NOT do that.

Instead, she offered more Value for people's money.

Quite a Childhood experience for me. But there's a Big marketing lesson to it.

But most ads I see while scrolling through Facebook and Instagram are Dead on Arrival because of this same thing.

OFFER MORE VALUE.
It kills Competition and lays to rest every argument in the mind of your potential buyers.
