Nyesom Wike Is The Indefatigable Leader Of PDP In Rivers State - Chief Ferdinand Alabrabra

- Said the Rivers State PDP Elders Forum is excited to have Ohna Sergeant Awuse back after his successful medical trip.

The Rivers State PDP leaders and elders under the aegis of Rivers Elders Forum (REF), led by their Chairman, Chief Ferdinand Alabrabra, visited the paramount ruler of Emohua Kingdom, His Majesty, Ohna Sergeant Awuse to formally welcome the traditional ruler back to Emohua, the headquarters of Emohua LGA after a successful medical trip to the United Kingdom.

Presenting the ‘Get Well Soon’ card to the King at the king’s palace in Rumuche-Emohua on behalf of the forum, Chief Ferdinand Alabrabra briefed the traditional ruler on the current political situation in the state, and said the state PDP is under the total leadership of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike and that the entire Rivers State structure is intact.

He added that the leaders and elders of the state are very excited to have the traditional ruler back home after a successful medication abroad.

The forum also prayed for God’s healing hands and total recovery, while wishing him a long life in good health.

In appreciation, His Majesty, Ohna Sergeant Awuse thanked them for the visit and said he is grateful for the new life God has given him after being in a coma for weeks.

Eze Awuse decried the aspersions cast on him by the governor, who described him as “unsteady” at a time he was battling for his life, lying in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the hospital.
He said he spent six months in critical condition.

He concluded by thanking everyone for their prayers and prayed that peace will continue to reign in Rivers State.

RIWAMA: Oringwo, Rumueme, Port Harcourt Commends Dez Mayorz Media For Its Reportage On RIWAMA Inefficiency

- Said the Rivers State Waste Management Agency - RIWAMA has eventually evacuated the hips of dirt in their community.

The people of Oringwo, Rumueme Port Harcourt have taken their time to thank and commend Dez Mayorz News for its solidarity, Social Services, and reportage about the rascality and indiscriminate dump of refuse and compactors by the RIWAMA agency; said the Agency has finally evacuated all the dirt which have been littered for Months.
The community also showered blessings on Dez Mayorz reporters.

This comes when RIWAMA under the acting Sole Administrator, Hon. Prince Ohia unleashes his staff and workers to attack Dez Mayorz News with threats and propaganda on social media and possible physical threat over their simple reportage.
RIWAMA sent its social media people on their payroll and enrolled more to attack, demarket, and threaten Dez Mayorz's publisher, but their efforts were all futile.

RIWAMA for weeks now has been under scrutiny and negative side of the news as a group of people allegedly accused the Acting Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), Hon. Prince Ohia of favoritism, sabotage, and political winch-hunting in dealing with the affairs of the agency.

In a protest, the group called on the resignation of the RIWAMA boss for proper investigations to be carried out by a neutral person or group of persons; accused him of hijacking the resources of the agency to himself, awarding contracts to his wife, employing only his friends, his company staff and his Omoku relatives, and leaving the cities of Port Harcourt and beyond dirty.

Weeks ago, the RIWAMA Taskforce brutalized mother and son into a stupor in a very dehumanized way.

In all these, the good news is that Omene investment is set to partner with RIWAMA on a multi-million deal, to convert waste material to useful materials like furniture, panels, and ceiling designs.

Rivers People Condemned RIWAMA Indiscriminate Parking Of Their Unsterise Dirty Vehicles And Refuse In Streets Of Port Harcourt

- Said such dirty unsterilized compactors and unpacked refuse is a strong avenue for possible Chlorera outbreak.

- Appeal to the State Government to call the management of RIWAMA to order.

The Rivers people across several streets and LGA in Rivers State have frowned at the indiscriminate park of Rivers State Waste Management Agency-RIWAMA's unsterilized and dirty trucks and compactors in the streets of Port Harcourt day and night.

Said such recent attitudes of RIWAMA across the state especially at Oringwo Road, Mile 4 Rumueme,
is a strong avenue for a possible outbreak of Cholera.
They stated that RIWAMA has vehemently refused to evacuate its dirt and unsterilized compactors.

They used the opportunity to appeal to the Government of Rivers State to call the Agency (RIWAMA) to order and evacuate their trucks and compactors as a matter of urgency for the sake of the health of the environs and the general public, especially mothers and children health care.

As earlier reported by Dez Mayorz News; the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Rivers State, Dr. Adaeze Chidinma Oreh in a press briefing said Cholera remains a major public health concern, particularly in Nigeria, and indeed Rivers State.

She stated that In the past four weeks, Rivers State had about 16 suspected cases of acute watery diarrhea with two associated deaths.
Noted that the scenario was rapidly resolved, and so far, no active cases or any outbreak of cholera or acute watery diarrhea in the state.
