Imagine your mental well-being as a vibrant garden. Sometimes, storms come along, withering and scattering seeds. These storms can be internal, like stress, anxiety, depression, or external, like financial burdens, relationship troubles, and societal pressures.

The "No gree for anybody" attitude should be that you are aware of the fact that your mental health can be distorted with life’s challenges, but taking responsibility by adopting measures to improve your mental being will make life meaningful to you.
