*THE WORD: *KEYS TO CONTINUOUS PROGRESS ( PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT)*

You mind determines your level of success in Life
Isaiah 1:19
The brain 🧠 off the mind is the principal factor for success. Your value on earth is determined by your level of mental development.

*TOOLS FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT*

*1. Discover Your Purpose.*
Life without a purpose is an experiment, and it is without destination. ( Isaiah 46:10). There is no ungifted person. Matthew 25:15, Proverbs 18:16.
The discovery of purpose is what brings us out of frustration.

*2. Be Sacrificial:* Any purpose without sacrifice can never be productive. Sacrifice is not a gift, is a choice. You must sacrifice time. It is your extra input that determines your height in life. 1 Corinthians 9:27. There is nothing of value that will not attract Cost. It is your work that determines your worth. Proverbs 22:29.

*3. KEEP IMPROVING:* Dedicate yourself to continuous learning. To earn more, you must know more. You must continuously apply different tactics in delivering every work you engage in.
Remember that success is an adventure. There is no limit in life, except the ones we set for ourselves.
Success is a continuous process. Don't wait to be inspired by people. Dream big and inspire yourself.
If you keep repeating something over and over then you have not learn anything at all. Learn to be a better version yourself every blessed day.
The future belong to those who keep improving on daily basis. Don't use desame know you knew yesterday for tomorrow. Don't work hard, but work smart. Sharpen your sword and your value will increase
*A. BE INFORMED:* Information will help you to be self multivated. Information is acquired.
*B. Study:*
Study people ahead of you( 2Timothy 2:15)

*4. BE SCARCE:* Scarcity Makes you of great value. You can't buy Gold and Diamond in every shop.Scarcity makes you of great value. When you are SCARCE your price go up.

*5. BE DISCIPLINED:* Discipline doing something you hate for something you love. Discipline means operating as demanded. Take responsibility of your life, others you become a liability. Discipline is mandatory. Be a law to yourself.
