Someone wrote this as an advice to Blord.

"If the Ratel lawyers wants to finish Blord, while in court they should just play that Audio of him mocking Livinus’ late child, they should also show the facial reaction of Livinus.

It’s finished.

No judge will hear that and tamper justice with mercy, no matter the apology that came after. It’s inhumane to insult someone that did you no wrong.

Worse is, if they now play the second voicenote of Livinus’ wife crying 😢 labeling it as distabilizing the wife’s mental health and she has never been herself since then.

Eooohhh it’s an Okpari situation, be that.

Hurting people, hurts other people.

What most people don’t understand is, Ratel is a movement, VDM is just a senior advocate, other senior members can act for the safety of the Ratel group, whether VDM sues or not.

To my dear Igbo brother Blord, my advice to you, try as much as you can to settle out of court, appease VDM and the Ratel, redirect that cease and desist to yourself, forgo all these social media hyping,

it’s sad VDM wanted to play ball with you all these while, and now you came inside the field instead of watching from afar, when matter twists, it will affect the wellbeing and peace of your family and close relatives, those online will only enjoy the entertainment that comes with it.

VDM earns from content creation, there’ll be so much money for him to make while he updates Nigerians, meanwhile you, you’ll be flying from Ebenebe to Abuja and back. Just yesterday video from VDM alone raked in millions of views.

My brother make peace and fast. Only people like us will tell you the truth because we don’t need your money or your favour tomorrow. Like my very good lawyer friend told me: “Most times, the law doesn’t favour either parties” that lengthy chase, back and forth, one will benefit creating content around it, while the other will be moving around for appearance."

VDM has clarified the matter by demonstrating that he is the rightful owner of the 'Ratel' trademark, having registered it in September 2024.
