Deep down, you are scared that no one will ever buy from you.

Oftentimes that I talk with business owners in and out of this space, they always say similar things like:

“I’m doing everything, posting content, showing up online, but I’m not getting clients,”

And somehow, when I manage to ask them what their process for turning attention into revenue is,

They just go blank and it's totally okay to not have it all figured out.

But the bitter truth is that,

Many of us are just doing a trial and error affair.

You post, wait, hope and anticipate results

And when results don’t come, you assume something’s wrong with us or our product.

I realized mine on time and instead of doing a trial and error affair,

I started doing these three things instead.

Nothing complicated.

Just structure and Intention.

No 1.

✅Lead Generation (Attracting the right people)

I start with a lead magnet, something valuable enough to make people raise their hands.

Most times, it's usually a free guide, or a free training, or a valuable post that solves a specific pain point for my community.

You don't need everyone to notice you.

You only need to attract the right people who already need what you offer.

So here's a simple task that I have for you

Create one thing that makes people curious to know more about your products and services this week.

No 2:

✅Warm Conversations (Building real connection)

Once people show interest, I don’t pitch immediately.

I start warm conversations even in DMs

I ask questions.

I listen.

I engage with their content and understand what they actually need.

That’s how trust is built.

So before you pitch, talk.

Before you sell, connect.

Before you ask, give.

No 3:

✅The Offer (Solving their pain with irresistible clarity)
When I finally make an offer, I don’t just drop a price.

I paint a picture of the transformation it will bring?

Then, I sweeten the deal with bonuses: free consultation, templates, resources or anything that makes the decision easier.

I can do same for your brand if you will allow me fix your sales process.

Instead of selling your product,

Start selling the outcome.

I struggle to lie till date

Not that I don't lie but, it's a rare occurrence.

I grew up with a father who never tolerated lies no matter how little it is.

I was once beaten because I said the truth but he assumed it was a lie because he thought my younger ones were never capable of committing such..

Since then, I just knew lying in my family won't do me any good..

Fast forward till today,

I still find that honest part of me as my most treasured attribute.

I try as much as possible not to put myself in situations where I have to start making up lies to bail myself and,

Regardless of who is involved, I try to be honest even though it hurts...

And somehow again, I value honesty and will always choose to be told the truth.

Now here's another thing,

Most of the things we do or experience now as adults or when we are of age didn't just happen in a day.

It was a stack of experiences, lessons and similar events...

Now, let's juggle down your memory lane a little...

Normally,

At this point in your journey, you should not be:

❌ Guessing where your next client is coming from

❌Posting content all day but getting no leads

❌Having one good month and then nothing the next.
❌ Lowering your price just to get someone to say yes.

So if you are still doing any of these things,

You are officially guilty.

But these 3 simple things that I tell founders everyday will help you:

Number One

✅ Set up a system that brings in leads even you are not online.

You don't need to be online 24/7 before you can get a lead.

If you are online 24/7 for leads,

You will just get fatigue and burnouts.

All you have to do is make it easy for people to find you and take action simply by setting up a system

A system as simple as:

Giving out one freebie or offer that grabs attention and a clear place where they can reach you(DM or Form),

Converts more than the 100 content you have published in three months that yeilded no results.

Number Two

✅ Stop wasting time on unqualified calls.

Save yourself the stress and reserve your energy for the best.

Following up on every discovery calls or "how much do you charge" kind of calls doesn't necessarily mean you are getting leads or that you are about to close a deal,

I know the excitement that comes with knowing you are being booked or that someone is indicating interest in your product but that is not enough,

Because the calls can drop and they might never buy,

Which means that they were not qualified in the first place.

So to save stress, Qualify the leads before the discovery calls and the easiest way to achieve this is by,

Simply setting out a form that answers questions regarding the call and gives clear info about the offer and every other thing that they must know.

This will straighten their decision on whether to proceed with booking for the call or not.

It will also protect your energy and make you work with people that are ready.

Number Three

✅Build and know your full sales process step by step...

Like the A-Z of your target audience buying process should be at your finger tips.

Before you complain that no one buys from you ...

Do you know;

A. Where your leads come from?

B. How many steps it takes you to turn your leads into paying clients?

C. The reason why some people don't buy..

The shocking part is,

You might probably not have answers to any of these questions,

And that's because you treat sales as though it's a guessing game.

For you not to chase clients,

You need a full knowledge of your sales process from your first DM to the final yes,

That way, You can be able to know what's working and what is not and be able to attract them..

You do NOT need to post everyday to make sales.

Yes, I said it!!

As a founder and as a business owner,

Posting everyday will not give you the $1000 dollars you want in 25 days.

I have seen founders with over 100 posts on their page and,

50 articles on their websites with zero sales.

I have also seen founders with less than 50 posts on their page,

Make over $1000 selling out their products.

The difference between the two that they do not realize yet?

A working System.

"Why do they believe in God so much when he does nothing for them?"

My brother said this to me a few days ago when we spoke extensively on a call.

Somehow, It sounded as though it was coming from a place of frustration.

I asked him why he said so..

And he said...

What most people do is to pray,

They do not put in any effort to get their desired results.

They sit and expect some miracles to happen.

"Is that how God works?"

He asked again...

And I kid you not if I tell you that this post found you on purpose...

Just because,

I want you to know that hoping that your desired results will come to you isn't enough.

You have to put in the equivalent work...

Simply because, God isn't a magician.

He only blesses what you have in your hand or what you are doing.

He doesn't bless what you sleep and dream of.

Time over time, In Bible and history,

Records has shown that faith alone isn't enough to give you the dream life,

Work is part of it.

An excellent work at that.

Are there cases of miracles?

Definitely but that's not the order of the day.

The order of the day?

Work as though there's no God.

Pray as though your effort does not count.

The question is,

When God wants to bless you now,

Will he meet you working?

Or will he meet you dreaming and hoping?

This doesn't mean that I'm a Chelsea fan...

But these lessons I'm about to share with you, will stick with you all through this year..

I mean, if it's not Manchester city or anything related to the club, then I'm not a fan..

But few days ago, I watched Chelsea play with a club,

I'm not sure I can type the club name correctly, so I will rather pass😂😂

Usually, I'm not always interested in watching any football match except Manchester city is directly or indirectly in it..

But this time,

I watched this football and the lessons that I learnt touched my strategies so much....

Back to these Chelsea players,

While watching them, I realized that they:

✅ They played with so much passion.

Each time a player raised his leg to kick or defend, he made sure it was his best...

There was no "let's see how it goes or not"

They meant business and gave in the best they could.

✅ Two times, they lost their penalty kicks, two times the other opponent won but yet,

They kept playing as though they were sure of scoring the next minute.

I mean, It was totally okay for them to lose in the field but,

They said never, we only know but one language which is "victory" and they maintained their focus...

I smiled when I realized it...

But here's the thing,

We watch these teams play,

Most times we fight over them but we don't even see how much persistence goes in to bring victory..

Ahhhhhh!!!...

I mean, they put in a lot!!!!

And then, there's you,

Managing a business that hasn't made up to one billion naira in sales,

Showing up reluctantly as though you have an option,

You might probably have but I don't ..

Here's another bitter truth,

Showing up in your convenience will never give you the results you desire...

No great results came out from a place of comfort...

It took:

✅ Sacrifices
✅ Persistence
✅ Consistency
✅ So many touch of inconveniences to get there...

What does this tell you?

✅ Whatever you are building, give it your very best...

✅ Whatever strategies you are implementing, do it until the results will have not choice than to come to you..

It might not look like it from the beginning,

But (if you kwechiri, Your Chi will kwechiri)

Meaning If you are persistent, the victory will surely come...

So if the results will come as long as you remain consistent,

Why then will you want to quit when you do not know the day the odds will be in your favor?

I know of someone who had the worst days in October...

She is one of my designers perfume suppliers residing somewhere in Nigeria..

In October,

❌ She lost a dear friend who couldn't keep to her words.

❌ The driver bringing down her cartons of goods was kidnapped on the road.

❌ She lost cartons of designers perfumes in transit simply because the driver was crushed by a trailer...

And more and more to mention but a few..

We cannot compare it to that of Job in the Bible who experienced numerous challenges times 1000..

But when I saw her post this morning,

I just knew we are the determinant of how we feel.

And that is exactly what I want you to take control of in November.

Despite all the losses in October,

She stepped into November with this hope and assurance that it will get better this month.

And you can be much stronger this month,

Regardless of the numerous rejections, disappointments, bad markets and closed doors,

Your hope lies in the fact that God is not a man and when he wants to put those smiles on your face,

It's in the twinkle of an eye.

He doesn't even need your approval to do it,

He will just do it!!...

The year isn't over,

52 days is too big for you to give up and think it's over for you this year,

In this month,

Dust yourself and pick up again.

Knock on those doors again.

Send out those applications.

Sample your products again.

But this time,

Do it in hope and assurance,

Knowing that it is settled.

As last week, Over 1000 business owners made a total of $$$ just by doing this one thing,

I carried out intensive research last week and the results shocked me,

These 1000 business owners compromised of LinkedIn, Facebook and tiktok users who were in various industries like,

Tech, Fashion, buying and selling and many more

The one thing they did wasn't,

📌Running ads or shooting Videos,

📌 It wasn't building systems or hustling for leads...

Very Far from it,

Today,I spoke up in a meeting and I felt so good.

If you are a corporate girl, struggling to get seen or heard,

This is for you.

For more than five years practicing in the industry, I kept my opinions and suggestions to myself,

Almost everyday,

I retire home with a heavy heart and a head full of ideas and suggestions that were unsaid simply because,

I thought the opinion of others was better than mine.

Not until today,

That my direct supervisor called me out in the meeting for my opinion,

I could hear my heart racing with thoughts of,

"What if these people laugh at me?"

But somehow, I managed to let out my points in a low voice,

And the next thing that happened shocked me😳😳😳

My ideas were perfect and adopted for implementation,

You could see the faint lines of smiles on my face,

Have I been the one making myself invisible all these while?

I asked myself after I left the meeting.

But here's what you don't know,

Most times, the person who earns more than you do at your work place,

Might not be more knowledge than you are but,

They know how to use their voice.

Visibility isn't only when you want to sell a product to your customers,

Visibility is also You,

Using your voice in the best possible way,

Showing off your skills without shame,

Owning your ideas with confidence,

So my girlies,

The world won't halt if you decide to take charge of your voice,

Your company won't sack you if you decide to share your opinions when necessary,

Whether it makes sense or not,

Do not hide yourself. People will adjust.

You can be applauded more if only you will put yourself out there.

Showing up consistently on facebook can be the most tedious thing to do as a 9-5 worker,

But I have an easier way for you....

And this is coming from an 8-5 worker who shows up consistently on this platform,

You don't need to stay up all night,

Before you can show up online,

You don't need to give up on your dreams of building a personal brand here,

Because of your 9-5 job.

You only need to:

✅ Pick your frequency:

How often can you show up here?

Be honest with yourself..

Is it twice a week?

Once a week?

Three times a week?

Consistency isn't necessarily when you show up everyday.

Consistency is simply doing one thing over and over in the same pattern,

Minus the motivational speech that tells you to show up here daily if you must,

Genuinely ask yourself what you can really do.

✅ Use your weekends:

You don't need to stay up all night, figuring out what to post online.

You don't even need to be in a hurry to post just because you want to tick the present here,

You might end up posting content that doesn't serve any purpose,

And that is as good as nothing.

It's okay for you to come back home and rest after a long day,

But your weekends?

Be stingy with it.

Create and batch create.

Brainstorm and research possible things you will need within the week.

Your visions are valid and they don't need to die because of your 9-5,

It's possible to excel in your 9-5 and build a strong brand.

It's weekend 🤭
