Dear God, as I lay down to sleep tonight, I thank You for every blessing, every lesson, and every moment You carried me through. I place all my worries, fears, and unanswered questions into Your hands. Even when I feel tired, discouraged, or uncertain, I choose to trust You and hold on to my faith.

Please renew my strength, fill my heart with peace, and prepare me for a brighter and better tomorrow. Wake me up with hope, purpose, and joy for another beautiful day. Thank You for never leaving my side. I love You, Lord.

Dear God, why does life feel this heavy right now?
I’m not in my best mental state, and my heart feels tired from carrying so many burdens and pressures. The things that once made me happy no longer excite me the same way. Smiles feel forced, and even peace feels far away sometimes.
Lately, I haven’t been asking for much. Every day I wake up just hoping to be okay, hoping my mind feels lighter, hoping my heart heals little by little. Some days are harder than I can explain, but I’m still here, still trying, still praying.
Please give me strength when I feel weak, peace when my thoughts won’t rest, and hope when everything feels uncertain. Remind me that I won’t stay in this dark place forever. Help me find joy again in the little things I used to love.
Heal the parts of me I keep silent about. Calm every storm inside my mind and give me the courage to keep going, even on days when I feel empty. I may be tired, God, but I’m still holding on to You.
