KARMA WORKS
ON 19th of December 2022 I made a move soliciting for a bail on behalf of a young man whom I never knew before
It happened I pastored his dad, and they are from my town
Prior to this his dad has been showing me good hospitality (cash gifts and others)
Then he told me that his son is being held in one of the Nigerian correctional centers in Rivers state for two years
I asked how far he has gone,he told me his lawyer demanded for #180,000 to start with and he can't afford it but he knew If I involve myself based on my position in the society his son will be released
So I went to the court applied for bail luckily I met the court clerk an old friend then the judge who sentenced him also knew me
I pleaded on his behalf,we reached an agreement
Since the complainants has absented themselves
I should be coming for court adjournment for a period of 3months that's 3 times then the matter will be strike out
All my documents was summited to the court as I'm the surety
And he was released without paying a kobo
Unknown to me that (1) it was a criminal case of stealing though not with arms
(2) the boy was looking for a means to escape the matter
(3) the were 2 and the dad only facilitate his son's bail
Friends this was my gain
** the mother never thanked me
**The boy ran away
**The dad claimed he knows not his whereabouts
I was left with regrets
Court were calling me with heavy pressure to bring him or face the consequences of the law
But one thing they never understood was KARMA
I went to my papa pst COC and late Rev Uchenna Michael they prayed for me that God should exempt me from the case
TODAY the same boy went for armed robbery
He was caught by anti robbery &cultist squad
Brought to same court
Sentenced by same judge
To same prison
Now the dad is begging me to go again
