The Uganda Law Society has directed lawyers to stop using colonial-era titles such as "My Lord," "Your Lordship," "My Lady," and "Your Worship" when addressing judges.

The directive is part of a broader effort to decolonise Uganda's justice system and promote a more modern and equal courtroom culture.

Lawyers have instead been advised to use titles such as "Mr. Justice," "Madam Justice," "Mr. Judge," and "Madam Judge."

The society is also pushing for a nationwide review of other colonial-era courtroom traditions, including the use of wigs, gowns and foreign language requirement

This guy went with friends to a club yesterday

It was nonstop dorime

He ordered Caskets of Martell XO

He ordered Jameson and Black Labels for strangers

He entered the dance floor and sprayed wads of N200 notes

He then made reservations for those who wanted to sleep.

When the bills accumulated to around 5m, the club owner sent the waitress to approach him to be sure he was aware

But he told the waitress he had a Mercedes C300 parked outside

Probably intoxicated by alcohol

He told the waitress to help herself with one bottle, bills on him

It was total shutdown

The little man has been arrested and brought to his parents this morning

His bill is around 9m

He didn’t have shishi on him

He doesn’t own a tricycle either.

I have seen the environment of his parents house , there’s no millions in what i saw.

The lifestyle cost na you no know

First lady Remi Tinubu has shown off the vegetables she harvested from her garden in A*o Villa.

She set up the garden about two years ago to promote food security in the country through a national competition,.

Parading her bountiful yield for the day, including lush green spinach, water leaf and fluted pumpkin, the First Lady said keeping a home garden is a smart way of living a healthy life at a cheap cost.

This comes weeks after she advised poor Nigerians to venture into low-capital businesses like frying akara, roasting corn or selling Kuli Kuli.

Two men allegedly attempted to break into a local business or shop in Indonesia and were apprehended by a group of neighborhood residents before they could flee.

Instead of using rope or standard handcuffs, the locals bundled the suspects tightly in layers of orange packing tape, leaving only their eyes, noses, and palms exposed.

Captors even added a humorous tape "antenna" to one of the men's heads.

The immobilized suspects were held at the scene until local authorities arrived, at which point they were handed over to the police.

The homeowner fell victim to frequent thefts and the police were not of much help.

So, the man then decided to take matters into his own hands and laid traps with the help of neighbours.
