If a POS agent deducts your money but doesn’t give you cash, who should pay, the agent or the bank?

In law, once you insert your card or transfer to a POS account, you are entering into two relationships:

1. With the POS agent (as a service provider)
2. With the bank (as the holder of your account)

If the POS fails, the bank is primarily responsible to reverse the failed transaction, because they handle the payment system.

The POS agent is only liable if they intentionally cheated you or refused to cooperate in resolving the issue.

See what to do;

Get a receipt or screenshot of the failed transaction.

Report immediately to your bank( keep the reference number)

If the bank delays for more than 72 hours without genuine cause.

You can report them to the CENTRAL BANK of Nigeria or even sue.

So, next time POS wahala happens, don’t just shout at the agent, call your bank too.

They might be the real answer to your money’s rescue.

YOU ARE OF ANIMUS ESSENCE!

You are walking on the street, and you see a goat.

The goat cries, mheeeeeee!

You smile and walk away.

But what makes you different from that goat?

Have you ever though of why you consider yourself a higher animal?

Have you ever thought of why you are more important than lions, and tigers, and elephants?

The answer is very simple.

There are three essences that all life forms take, and anything that has life must be of one of those three essences.

They include:

- The Spiritual Essence.
- The Material Essence.
- The Animus Essence.

Beings that are of the spiritual essence are pure energetic beings that live in the unseen realm.

You refer to them as spirits.

They include Angels, Demons, Gods, etc.

They are of the spiritual essence.

Beings that are of the material essence are purely material or physical beings.

Their whole life is lived in the physical world.

They include all the animals you know, like goats, sheep, cattle, etc.

Then there is you, a being of animus essence.

But what is this animus essence all about?

The animus essence is simply a mixture or a blend of the spiritual essence, and the material essence.

That means you are both a spiritual being, and a material being.

And that means that as a human, you have both a physical material side, and a spiritual energetic side to you.

Why is this important?

Because most people like you, spend all their lives living in their physical sides, without taking any time to study their spiritual sides.

Hence, you mostly are unaware of your spiritual gifts, and you don't develop those gifts to help you fulfill your purpose.

In fact, you are not living a purposeful life today because you are not working from your spiritual side.

Your spiritual side has super human abilities, which we also call gifts, that can be used in special ways.

Some of these gifts includes wisdom (now you know where I get wisdom, right?), dream interpretation, ability to read stars, cosmic aura and magnetism, ability to communicate effectively, ability to teach like a pro, etc.

What you call talent, is just the expression of the gifts in your spirit.

So how do you develop, learn about, and navigate your spiritual side?

It happens through something called, consciousness.

In my next post, I will touch on meditation and consciousness.

7 DEMANDS OF WISDOM

You want to gain wisdom, because you know that wisdom is going to help you a lot in life.

But can you keep up with its demands?

Anyway, here are 7 demands of wisdom.

1) WISDOM DEMANDS LEARNING: If you want to become wise, you mist sit down and learn. Read books, take courses, listen to mentors and teachers, etc.

2) WISDOM DEMANDS CRITICAL THINKING: All people who have wisdom use their brain powers to think critically. It is an important aspect of gaining wisdom.

3) WISDOM DEMANDS OBSERVATION: When you look at a farmer, waiting all year long to get his harvest, what do you observe?

You observe that life follows a process, and it is a combination of a man's work, and the conditions under which he works, that brings results.

Here, you have gained wisdom through observation.

4) WISDOM DEMANDS LONELINESS: This is the most painful of all, but the truth is, you can't spend time reading or thinking if you have not first become lonely.

If you don't learn how to stay alone, you will have problems with acquiring wisdom.

5) WISDOM DEMANDS HUMILITY: It is only humble people that can bring themselves down to learn. Proud people already feel like they know it all.

And anybody with a 'know it all' spirit can never be wise.

6) WISDOM DEMANDS SILENCE: As a person who wants to become wise, you must listen more than you talk.

Your silent periods are to be used to listen and to think.

7) WISDOM DEMANDS TRUTHFULNESS: If you are not a truthful person, you will never find wisdom.

You know why?

Because wisdom itself is built on the foundation of truth, and has no room for bias or prejudice.

CONCLUSION:

You that is on a voyage to find wisdom, I hope you can pay the prices listed above.

The truth is, everybody who has wisdom in this world, pays these prices over and over again, everyday, and you can gain wisdom if you learn to pay them too.

3 LEVELS OF MONEY USE

As an African, you are used to eating and enjoying your daily bread from your work.

Only few Africans can afford luxuries like a Rolls Royce, a Ferrari, or a Lamborghini.

But again, there are various ways to use money, and this depends on how rich you are.

The are three levels of riches.

The first, is the survivors class.

These people, barely earn just a living.

Then there is the rich class.

These ones can afford luxuries of life.

But there are super rich people, who have world shaking amounts of money.

For instance, Elon Musk can buy as many private jets as possible, and still be good.

50 deliveries of $100 million private jets will cost him only 5 billion dollars.

And not many jets cost $100 million.

So what should he do with money?

Let's get started.

The first level of money use, is called, survival.

The people on this level make money primarily to survive, to have food to eat, clothes to wear, etc.

They work everyday, and earn their living from their work.

They are usually poor or middle class.

The second level of money use, is luxury.

Here, beyond meeting their basic needs, the owners of money can afford expensive cars, expensive hotels, expensive vacations, etc.

The people who spend on luxuries are mostly rich, and are more like celebrities.

They buy cars like Ferrari and Rolls Royce.

Then there is a third level of money use.

This is the type of money that is beyond the buying of luxuries.

This type of money can only be used to bring positive change to the society.

This type of money is used to sponsor research against cancer, malaria, etc.

It is also used to sponsor NGOs and other organisations, to provide clean water for rural communities.

This is the highest level of money use, where you use money purposefully, and give back to the society.

And for you to use money this way, you need to have real wealth.

So are you working towards survival, or you are building towards real wealth?
