DOES YOUR BUSINESS HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY?

A “no refund” policy is simply a business policy that expressly states that once payment is made for goods or services rendered or proposed to be rendered, the purchasing party cannot get a refund of such payment, even if he revokes the contract or no longer requires the goods/services.

Please before you pay for anything make sure you consider it well.

The only time you can get a refund is if there’s a delay or damages in the service or goods.

Eg- you want to book a flight through an agent, make payments and you were later told the the fare went up - you can ask for a refund

Eg 2 - you want to travel by road or air and the bus / flight was delayed or cancelled .you can ask for a refund - airlines have their refund process and policy.

Eg 3 - you paid more than the stated fee, you can get a refund.

You can’t get a refund if - you pay to attend a school, the haven’t resumed and your friends convince you to go to another school then immediately you ask for a refund. As long as you’re healthy you must attend the school and get the service you paid for.

Except if there’s a serious health issue or death in some cases.

Please before you make any payment to a brand ask for their refund policy.

Brands, Make sure you deliver as you have said.
You can change a damaged goods.

Please if you don’t do refunds state it boldly in your forms.
