Every month, it happens.
A few days before her period…

She feels different.
Irritable.
Emotional.
Overwhelmed.

Sometimes she cries and doesn’t even know why.

She tells herself: “Maybe I’m just too emotional.”

But this is not just “being emotional.”
This is something many women experience, and don’t understand, PMS

PMS is Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) includes:
Mood swings
Bloating
Breast tenderness
Fatigue
Irritability
It usually happens before your period.

And then there's PMDD
PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) is more severe.
It can cause:
Intense mood changes
Depression
Anxiety
Anger or irritability
And it can interfere with daily life.

🌿 What Can Help?
âś” Track your symptoms (know your pattern)
âś” Eat healthy, balanced meals
âś” Reduce caffeine and sugar
âś” Get enough rest
âś” Exercise regularly

And most importantly:
👉 If it feels overwhelming or extreme, seek medical help.
You are not “too much.”
Your body just needs support.

So many women are experiencing these things… but don’t fully understand what’s happening in their bodies.

That’s exactly why I created Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide.
To give you clarity, awareness, and real understanding of your body.

She noticed it first.

The discomfort.
The itching.
The unusual discharge.

But she said nothing.
She felt embarrassed.
She didn’t want to ask questions.
She didn’t want to “look somehow.”
So she kept quiet… and hoped it would go away.

This is more common than you think.
Many women are dealing with va**nal health issues silently.

But listen, your va**nal health is not something to be ashamed of.

Your va**na has a natural balance:
Healthy bacteria
Normal pH
Natural discharge

And once that balance is disrupted, symptoms appear.

That’s your body speaking.
You need to know:
What normal discharge looks like
What smell is normal vs abnormal
When to seek help.

Because silence doesn’t solve it, understanding does. And my book will give you that clarity and understanding you're searching for.

She always thought breast checks were for “older women.”

So she ignored it.
No routine.
No awareness.
No checking.

One day, she felt something… small, unusual.
She told herself, “It’s probably nothing.”
Weeks passed.

That “nothing” didn’t go away.
Now she was scared.
Not because it suddenly appeared,
but because she realized she had never paid attention to her body before.

This is how many women live.
We don’t check.
We don’t observe.
We don’t even know what is normal for our own breasts.

But here’s the truth:
Your breasts change with your cycle.
They respond to hormones.
They can feel different at different times of the month.

That’s why awareness is everything.
Start simple:
Check your breasts monthly
Know how they normally feel
Look out for lumps, pain, discharge, or changes
Not out of fear.
But out of responsibility.

Because early awareness can save you stress, fear… and even your life.

And this is why you need to get my book, "Understanding your body as a woman" - practical guide that will teach you about your breast health. How to detect when something is wrong.

I was speaking with a lady recently…
She told me she doesn’t even know when she’s ovulating.

She just “hopes for the best.”
Another one said she ignores certain body changes because she doesn’t understand them.

And I just kept thinking…
How are so many women living in their bodies…
without actually understanding them?

That’s when it hit me.
This is bigger than content.
This is education women actually need.

So I created something simple, practical, and real:

“Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide.”
This book will help you:
âś” Understand your menstrual cycle step by step
âś” Know your fertile window
âś” Recognize signs your body is giving you
âś” Learn about infections and prevention
âś” Take control of your health with confidence

Because you deserve to understand your body — not guess it.

You’re too grown to still be confused about your own body.

Yes, I said it.
You shouldn’t be:

Guessing when your period will come
Not knowing when you’re ovulating
Ignoring unusual signs
Feeling lost about your own health
This is your body.
You live in it every day.
And yet… you don’t fully understand it.
That ends now.

I created:
“Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide.”
Inside this book, you’ll learn:
✔ Your menstrual cycle — simplified
✔ Ovulation & fertility — clearly explained
âś” How to track your cycle properly
âś” Vaginal health & infection awareness
âś” Breast health and what to look out for

This is knowledge every woman should have but most don’t.
Don’t be left behind in ignorance.

Be honest with yourself…
How much do you really understand your own body?

Not what you’ve heard.
Not what Google says.
Not what your friends told you.

I’m talking about real understanding.
Because the truth is…

Most women are:
Guessing their cycle
Confused about ovulation
Ignoring signs their body is giving them
Dealing with infections without proper knowledge

And it’s not because you don’t care.
It’s because nobody ever sat you down to explain it properly.

That’s why I created:
“Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide.”
This is not a textbook.

It’s a simple, clear, real-life guide that teaches you:
âś” How your menstrual cycle actually works
✔ How to know when you’re ovulating
âś” How to understand your fertile window
âś” How to recognize infections early
âś” How to take better care of your va**nal and breast health

No confusion.
No medical overload.
Just clarity.

If you’re tired of guessing and ready to actually understand your body…

This book is for you.

Many ladies have heard about “ovulation” before.

But if you ask them to explain it… they can’t.

Ovulation is when your o***y releases an egg.
It happens once every cycle.

And it’s a big deal.

Because:
•It determines fertility
•It affects hormones
•It influences mood and energy

Your body even gives signs:
•Clear, stretchy cervical mucus
•Slight abdominal pain
•Increased libido
•Rise in basal body temperature (after ovulation)

But if you don’t know what to look for…
you’ll miss it.

Understanding ovulation is one of the most important things you can learn about your body. And I shared practical knowledge about understanding how ovulation works in my book.

Do you remember the first time you saw your period…

That's something no one prepared you for, the pain, the discomfort...

No one prepared you.
No one explained anything.

You just saw blood… and panic set in.

You thought something was wrong with your body.

Innocent you

You were scared, confused, and embarrassed.

When you finally told someone, they said:

"Don’t worry, it’s normal."
Normal?

But no one told you:
•Why it happens
•What it means
•What your body is doing

So you grew up…
Bleeding every month…
Still confused.

Now you just track your period randomly.

Some women do not even understand ovulation.

They don't even know what’s normal or not.

And deep down, they still feel ashamed of it most times.

This is the reality of so many women.

That’s why I created
“Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide.”

Because you deserve more than “it’s normal.”
You deserve understanding.

And this is what this book gives, "clarity"
Every woman needs this book.

I used to think certain things were normal…
The painful periods.
Feeling off at certain times of the month.

Random changes in my body I couldn’t explain.
I didn’t question it, I just adjusted.
Took painkillers. Ignored the signs. Moved on.

Until I started learning more about the female body…

And I realized something uncomfortable,
a lot of what we normalize are actually signals.

Your body is not just “doing things.”
It’s communicating.

But if you don’t understand the language,
everything just feels confusing and frustrating.

And this is why we keep managing something that's not normal.

I'm a lady and I understand what we go through monthly and this is why I created something that will help women understand their body better.

This ebook will help you understand your body language. It will help you understand your menstrual cycle better.

Most women don’t actually understand their own body…

Not their menstrual cycle.
Not ovulation.
Not even the signs their body gives them every single month.

So they normalize things like: – Painful periods
– Irregular cycles
– Constant infections
– Mood swings they don’t understand

But the truth is…
Your body is not confusing.
You were just never properly taught.

As a health educator and medical writer with a background in human anatomy, I’ve seen how much confusion exists when it comes to women’s health and how it affects confidence, decisions, and overall wellbeing.

That’s why I created an ebook:
“Understanding Your Body as a Woman — A Practical Guide”

This ebook will help you:
âś” Understand your menstrual cycle clearly
✔ Know when you’re ovulating
âś” Understand fertilization and fertility
âś” Identify infections and what they mean
âś” Take better care of your reproductive & breast health

No confusion. No complex medical jargon.
Just simple, practical knowledge every woman should have.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding your body…
