Akara pancakes 🥞 . This has to be the most interesting Nigerian recipe of the week, because how do you make pancakes without using flour, sugar, milk or eggs. The answer is this savoury akara pancakes, that are not only filling but also taste as good as they look. Plus, this is a healthier alternative for my buddies who are on a weight-loss journey.

Ingredients:
-2 cups of skinned beans
- 1 large red onion
- 1 green habenero pepper
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon seasoning cubes
- Pinch of baking soda
- Vegetable Oil
