Lagos Ministry rescues well-dressed mentally unstable woman who filed complaint against the sun |

A woman has been rescued after she took an Uber ride to a police station to file a complaint against the sun.

The mentally unstable woman in distress was rescued by the Rescue Team of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development after the Ministry received a distress report about her.

According to information gathered, the woman, who was described as well-dressed, had taken an Uber ride from Lekki to the Panti Police Station, where she reportedly attempted to file a complaint against the sun.

She was subsequently rescued and taken to one of the Lagos State–owned rehabilitation centres, where she is currently receiving the necessary medical and psychological care to aid her recovery.

The Honourable Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mr. Mobolaji Abubakre Ogunlende, commended the Rescue Team for their swift and professional response to the report, which reached the Ministry via Instagram.
