Another bitter truth you should know as a business owner: 😉 Making sales does not mean you are making profit.
Many business owners see money entering their account and feel successful, but after removing the cost of goods, transportation, packaging, bills, debts, and other expenses, they realize there is little or nothing left.
Revenue is not profit.
As a business owner, you need to know your numbers. Don't just ask, “How much did I sell?” Ask, “How much did I actually make?”
That one question can completely change the way you run your business.

One bitter truth every business owner should know:
Your customers do not owe you loyalty.
No matter how much you love your business, customers will go where they find better prices, better service, better quality, or simply what they need at that moment.
That’s why you must stop depending on one customer, keep improving your products, treat people well, and always look for ways to attract new customers.
Business is not about getting comfortable after making a few sales. You have to keep showing up, learning, adapting, and giving people a reason to choose you.
The bitter truth? If you stop improving, someone else will take your place.👆

One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned in business is that customers don’t owe you loyalty—you have to earn it. ❤️

People can choose where they want to shop, and sometimes losing a customer can teach you something you need to improve.

As business owners, let’s focus on good products, fair pricing, great customer service, and giving people a reason to come back. 💯

4.Avoid stocking products nobody wants — Study what your customers actually need and what is moving in the market.

5.Avoid giving too much credit — Too much unpaid debt can stop you from restocking.
