We officially started our partnership with EMRANCIS ICT ACADEMY on the Impromptu Presentation Mastery course, and before teaching frameworks, structures, or speaking techniques, we did something different.

We listened.

Every learner had the opportunity to share their unique communication challenges which Includes but not limited to:

* Struggling to organize thoughts quickly
* Fear of speaking under pressure
* Difficulty expressing ideas confidently
* Nervousness during presentations and meetings

And the amazing thing was that, after our practical scenarios and live practises, learners couldn't find the communication concerns they came with.

At D'lor Academy, we believe that effective learning starts with understanding the learner.

That's why we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to communication training.

We take time to identify where each participant is, what is holding them back, and what success looks like for them.

Because communication challenges are personal, learning should be too.

Our goal is not just to teach people how to speak. Our goal is to help them overcome the specific barriers preventing them from communicating with confidence and impact.
