To be able to claim the m0ney in the B@nk acc0unt of your parents or loved ones that are d£.

you must be any of the foll0wing to thm;

• Surviving sp0use(s),
• Child or children,
• Parents,
• Siblings

2. If you have any of the relationships menti0ned above with the deceased, then you should head to the Pr0bate Registry of a H!gh C0urt to apply for an administration of a deceased £state. The D£ C£rtificate of the deceased will be r£quired to apply for this.

The application must contain the following details;
• The deceased full names,
• The deceased date of d£,
• The deceased last residence before his or her d£,
• The name of the pr0posed administrators

You can choose to do this through a Lawyer if you think it is c0mplicated.

3. The H!gh c0urt would give you a c0nfirmation letter which you will have to take to the b@nks, or f!nanc!al h0uses of the deceased. With this letter, they will disclose the up-to-date am0unt they have in their acc0unt to you.

4. Take the c0nfirmation back to the H!gh C0urt; they will sum up the balances of the deceased and will apply the changes that are due to them.

5. You will be asked to make p@yments. After making the p@yments, all the paperwork to make you the administrator would be completed.

6. The letter of administration should be taken to the deceased person's b@nks for claims.
Note that most b@nks will ask you to open an account with them, where the funds will be moved to. There is nothing wrong with this; it is just a strategy to keep the funds within their b@nk.

Even after you have laid c0mplaint, still yet they are just play!ng y0u like ball.

As a cust0mer you have y0ur 0wn r!ghts which the b@nks must resp£ct

If after L0dging y0ur c0mplaint, y0ur B@nk still fails to £ngage y0u and res0lve the c0mplaint within 2 Weeks as pr0vided for at the H£LP D£SK C!rcular, you have the r!ght to £scalate y0ur c0mplaint to the C0nsumer Pr0tection D£partm£nt (CPD) of the C B N.

The C B N fin@ncial r£gulator said cust0mers can c0ntact the C P D by s£nding an £mail to cpd at cbn . gov . ng or contactcbn @ cbn . gov . ng or call + 234 7002255226.

Cust0mers can L0dge a c0mplaint dir£ctly on the C B N w£bsite too

th£n after all this, they st!ll R£fuse to R£vise y0ur m0ney, pls feel fr££ to Su£ y0ur B@nk.

Make sure you have e
£vidence that you have c0ntacted the C B N and still yet th£y refuse to R£vise y0ur m0ney and if any of the b@nk staff talks to y0u anyhow, just make sur£ you also have the v!deo £vidence.

The C0urt will 0rder the b@nk to p@y nothing less than 200 k for damag£s wh£n you w!n the cas£ plus p@yment for inc0nvenience to c0ver for y0ur £xpenses on the Cas£.

My B@nk paid me s0me cool c@sh for Damag£s Last year.... And am look!ng f0rward for them to hang my m0ney again and not resp0nd to me...

Many pe0ple are really passing thr0ugh a lot from m0ney hanging in the Air by b@nks...i know some0ne who c0uld n0t p@y up his H0spital b!lls b£cause when he made transf£r to the H0spital acc0unt, the m0ney hanged in the air (s£rver) and the h0spital refused to tr£at him and he £ventually pass£d away after s0me few days...

If y0u refuse to sh@re this p0st, that means y0u are supp0rting this bad tr£atment of b@nks to your 0wn friends and family......

We need to help pe0ple kn0w that they have a right to su£ the b@nk for N£gligence of their duty in pr0viding s0lutions to pr0blems! customers are facing as a r£sult of their 0wn bad netw0rk in a fast way.
