FCT Minister Nyesom Wike reveals information about a significant change in revenue at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja.
He disclosed that while a private operator was paying only ₦50 million per year, the FCT managed to generate ₦650 million in merely three weeks after the government took back control.
