Let me break each one down in simple terms !

1. Market Cap ($3.85T)

This is the total value of all cryptocurrencies combined.
Think of it like the total “worth” of the whole crypto market.
The bigger it is, the stronger and healthier the market looks.

2.CMC100 ($238.88)
This is an index (like a score) that tracks the top 100 coins on CoinMarketCap.If it goes up, it means most of the top 100 coins are doing well.If it goes down, it means they are losing value.

3. Altcoin Index (42/100)

•This measures whether money is flowing more into Bitcoin or Altcoins (every other coin apart from Bitcoin).
A low number means Bitcoin is stronger.
A high number means altcoins are stronger.
Here, 42 shows Bitcoin still has more dominance than altcoins.
