Starting my Tech Journey 💻✨

I actually started yesterday, but I didn’t get the chance to share. I’m now officially learning IT Support at Digital Witch Support Team and am going to share my journey with you.

So far, I’ve learned about IT products and services tools like computers, software, and systems, and services like technical support, maintenance, and data storage that help businesses run smoothly.

I also learned about SLAs (Service Level Agreements), which set the expectations for service, like response times and availability

I got introduced to cloud storage tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, which let you store files online, access them anywhere, and share easily

Every day is a new learning step, and I’m proud to take this journey into tech.
