So last week, I was planning a campaign with a client who couldn’t figure out why their work wasn’t getting the traction it deserved despite having good intentions and a decent budget.
We dug into the heart of the problem… and there it was…
The message was clear to them, but not to their audience.
Too much jargon. Too little empathy.
No central story tying it all together.
By the end of the session, we had stripped the message down to a powerful, single idea, one that feels human, builds trust, and inspires action.
