If I was married to someone else, yesterday would have turned into a serious fight šŸ˜­

My mood was just offā€¦ I didnā€™t even understand myself. I just wanted to be alone.

Normally, if my husband is around, weā€™re always laughing and talking. But yesterday, I just greeted him, served his food and went to sit down quietly. No ā€œhow was your dayā€, no nothing.

He noticed immediately.

He kept asking me whatā€™s wrong, I kept saying nothing. This man didnā€™t give up šŸ˜­ he kept asking and trying to get me to talk.

Later he said, ā€œletā€™s go for a stroll.ā€

We stepped out, bought suya on the way, came back, had it with a soft drinkā€¦ and my mood just started to calm down.

He still asked again, ā€œbabe, whatā€™s wrong?ā€

That was when I finally opened up.

Honestly, it made me realize somethingā€¦ marriage is not about ā€œmatching energyā€ or keeping malice.

Sometimes, one person just has to be the soft oneā€¦ even when itā€™s not convenient.
