What if your period became a reason to miss school?

Imagine being a young girl who wakes up excited to learn, only to realize you don't have a sanitary pad.

For some girls, this means staying home. For others, it means going to school in fear—fear of staining their uniforms, fear of embarrassment, fear of being laughed at.

Some still rely on old rags because that's all they have access to. Others have never received proper menstrual health education, so they carry questions, uncertainty, and shame about something that is completely natural.

No girl should have to choose between her education and her dignity.

That's why MOA Impact Foundation is launching Pad a Girl Project 1.0.

On 17th July 2026, we'll be reaching 50 students at Government Girls Day Secondary School, Gusau, Zamfara State, with sanitary pads and menstrual health education.

This project is about more than giving out pads.

It's about giving girls the confidence to walk into a classroom without fear.

It's about helping them understand their bodies, care for their health, and know that menstruation is not something to be ashamed of.

For ₦700, you can help sponsor one girl.

💜 Every Pad Counts. Every Girl Matters.

Every contribution brings us one step closer to ensuring no girl misses school because of her period.

There was a time I barely checked my email.

To me, email was just something you used to register for apps, jobs, or websites. Once I created an account or submitted an application, I moved on with my life.

I didn’t really understand how important email communication was.

Then one day, I applied for a job.

A week later, something just told me to check my email. That was when I discovered I had already missed an interview invitation they sent days earlier.

The painful part?

The interview had passed for almost 2 days before I even saw the message.

That experience taught me something important:
Sometimes, the little things we ignore can carry big opportunities.

Now, checking my email has become part of my daily routine because important information can come at any time:
• job opportunities
• interview invitations
• collaboration requests
• updates
• networking opportunities

Many people underestimate email until they miss something valuable.

Don’t wait for a missed opportunity before taking it seriously.

Check your email regularly. That small habit can make a big difference.

Have you ever missed an important message because you didn’t check your email on time?

Sometimes what you just need is a makeover 💯.Officially back from my break 💃💃💃
