It has come to my attention that there is a hidden fee of N150 that must be paid before purchasing this bundle while using USSD code but the fixed amount is showed as N500.

This practice feels deceptive and amounts to a form of robbery. Customers expect transparency and integrity from a reputable company like Airtel, and this hidden charge undermines trust. It is disheartening to see such inhuman tactics employed against loyal customers.

I urge the management to investigate this issue and take immediate action to rectify it. Customers deserve clarity and fairness in our transactions.
