Hiring an Interior Design Facilitator
Location: Festac Town/Lekki, Lagos
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: 150k and it's negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive interior design curriculum, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects.
• Provide individual and group mentoring to students, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Participate in school events, exhibitions, and industry collaborations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
▪︎ Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
▪︎ Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
▪︎ Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
▪︎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
▪︎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
▪︎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc
▪︎ Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
