SWEAT & BREAD

I came across a powerful line while reading a book on life and business:
“In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread.”
Many think this was a curse—but it wasn’t.
The real punishment was being evicted from Eden… but sweat?
That was mercy.
That was purpose.
That was the path to productivity.

SWEAT represents our work, our effort, our creativity—
And BREAD? That’s our reward.
Bread is a metaphor for income, satisfaction, impact, growth, and purpose fulfilled.

Now think about this:
The thing you worked hard for vs. the thing handed to you...
Which one do you value more?

Exactly.
The one you sweated for.
The one that stretched you.
The one that unlocked something powerful inside you.

MY SWEAT is building sustainable systems in agriculture.
MY SWEAT is ensuring maximum farm productivity.
MY SWEAT is creating value, solutions, and change.
MY SWEAT is empowering the next generation of agribusiness leaders.
MY SWEAT is harnessing renewable energy for a better, greener future.
MY SWEAT is a symbol of resilience and creativity.

And guess what?

MY BREAD is the impact.
MY BREAD is the business.
MY BREAD is the career I’m building.
MY BREAD is a goal achieved, and the next one set.
MY BREAD is a life of purpose, paid for in sweat, not shortcuts.

So, keep sweating. Keep building.
Your bread is rising.

Insecticide resistance management(IRM) MODEL

When implementing various integrated crop management and pest management strategies, we need to consider designing a model and preparing for production.

IPM encourages using chemical plant protection products when you reach a particular economical threshold of pest infestetion. Using these plant protection products require strategies, proper planning and the right model.

Designing the right insectides resistance model will help reduce how insect can resist the effect of a particular product which will save the grower from
1. Losses resulting from insect that have gain resistance as a result of the usage of a particular product.
2. Wasting money in buying plant protection products that will not be effective
3. Harming the environment and ecosystem as a result of continuous wrong usage.

Designing this system require you knowing the effect of each products and where they target in the pest system using the IRAC table .

"Friends are like blankets that keep you warm." – Brymo

In farming, it’s not just about the soil—it’s about the souls you journey with.
Different skills. Different strengths. One shared goal.

On tough days, their words lift you.
On winning days, your joy is shared.
That’s the power of real friendships in agribusiness.

A Better Tomorrow

E go better is the statement of the struggling man.

He looks above his current situation without even a clear path of escaping, dusting himself anytime he fails and try to do better,

When will he get his lucky break?

Only time will tell.

He looks for opportunity every where or anything that looks like it.

A better Tomorrow for some is an illusion.

For some it is the one reason they can't stop  and for others its just that one thing that make sense of the pains, the struggles and the adversities.

A better Tomorrow and hoping for the best, when the best sometimes seems so far away.

My Tomorrow must be greater than today is the drive, the dream, the reason not to give up.

But a better Tomorrow demands you learn factors of production that will make tomorrow better.

What factor of production  are you investing your currency of time, energy, attention and money?

Will it be relevant for a better Tomorrow?

Will it deliver the demands of a better Tomorrow?

or it is an illusion of a Tomorrow.

A better Tomorrow starts with your decisions today

I am contributing and building my skills to create and modify a system that would ensure sustainable food production to Reducing hunger and produce raw materials to drive growth

That is my better Tomorrow

What if yours?

SMART WORK is HARDWORK

Do not be deceived !

SMARTWORK  is HARDWORK.It is because smart involves being specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound—the very elements that make agricbusiness challenging yet rewarding.

In today's   landscape, working smarter doesn't mean avoiding . Rather, it means applying deliberate strategy to every decision—from precision farming techniques that optimize water usage , crop health and crop protection strategies.

demands rigorous planning, constant learning, and unwavering commitment leading to SMART RESULTS.

When we embrace SMART WORK in agribusiness, we're not taking shortcuts—we're creating systems that multiply our effectiveness through careful analysis and strategic implementation.

This is the path to sustainable growth and profitability in modern agriculture.

WE ARE THE FUTURE OF AGRICBUSINESS

WE ARE THE FUTURE OF FOOD

Newbies in Agriculture always rush to buy seeds. Seeds are very important in getting the maximum yield and profit from production, but they fail to understand it's not only seeds.

When you ask them how they hope to feed the plants? They usually say ah " plant still dey chop, I feel say na just to put am for ground and water am , and e go grow"

How do you protect them?  You will get response like " na from herdsmen, abi theif , na to get security or fence the place na"

Funny enough, they don't know they have worst enemies than herdsmen ,always ready to rampage the plants (pest and diseases).

Seeds are the cheapest to purchase in any production.

Plant health and protection products are the real deal. And for producer, sometimes you don't even get what you want. You get what your supplier or your agro input shop has available.

That is why knowledge is very important. Some agro input shops and vendors do not know how some agrochemicals and pesticide works. You discover insect and fungi grow resistance to some of these products because they keep fighting the battle with same strategy the enemies (pest and diseases) are familiar with.

Good agriculturural practices is a broad term that needs continuous knowledge.

Every production have it own unique challenges.

With climate change and so many irregularities. Our old system of food production output is in serious variations.

The best way to survive these times is continuous hunger for  knowledge and implementations.

From Seeds to Sweet Success: My Pawpaw Journey!

Can you believe it? Exactly one year ago today, I embarked on an amazing growing adventure! Started with 200 tiny pawpaw seeds, and nature blessed me with 180 thriving seedlings just two weeks later. 💚

Fast forward to April - transplanting time! Now here's the incredible part... Since early September, these resilient beauties have been rewarding us with delicious fruits non-stop! Even through the dry spell since November, they're still going strong and fruiting like champions! 🌿

There's nothing quite like watching your own plants flourish and bear fruit. It's pure garden magic! ✨
