I join the entire Ugep community and the good people of Yakurr Local Government Area in celebrating our illustrious son, CP Ofem Arikpo, on his well-deserved promotion to the rank of Commissioner of Police, a historic milestone as the first indigene of Ugep to attain this distinguished position.
CP Ofem Arikpo is a thoroughbred, refined, and disciplined police officer whose career has been marked by meritorious service, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Nigeria Police Force. This elevation is a clear testament to his years of dedication, integrity, and exemplary conduct in service to the nation.
