Even as much as i did not support Regina D. for getting married to her grandfather's age mate, that is not a yardstick for that Sen. to abuse power by arrezzting her brother. That man is h@tless. Free that girl and her family if she is no longer interested Mr Sen.

URHOBO CHILDREN WHO QUALIFIED FOR SHARING OF FATHER'S PROPERTIES:

In Urhobo Culture and traditions, if Urhobo Man married more than one wife, each wife is hereby known and called GATE.
If the Man died, his PROPERTIES are shared among the Gates and according to seniority, I mean the senior will always be the one to choose first.

In Urhobo customs, there's no illegal child unless proved wrong by DNA.

Every child is legal, for example, a child born by a concubine, lover or girlfriend are all legal with equal rights with the child born by the wife provided the man did not disowned the pregnancy.
Thier mother is known as OSE and the children are known as EMOSE.

In another dimension, when an Urhobo man died, his surviving wife(s) had the right to live in the house till death unless she decided to return home to her parents or she wanted to remarry.

ABOMINATION AND TABOO.
It's an abomination and taboo for a wife who's no longer in Marriage with her husband to be brought back to the family house after the demise of her former husband. It can only happen if she reconciles with her husband when he's still alive.

Even if a surviving wife has no Children of her own, but she's legally married to her husband before the death of her husband, the family of her late husband has no right to evict her from the house of the late husband. She's entitled to live the rest of her life there till she passes to the great beyond.

DIVORCED BUT HAS CHILDREN WITH THE HIM.

A Wife who divorced her husband but has Children with him has no say of her own as far as the late husband is concerned. She does not even qualify to participate in the burial activities whenever the man d!es but to stay behind her children with logistics Support.

If a child offended the father in a way so painful that makes the father to disowned the child and the man died without forgiven the child, the child can plead for forgiveness from father's family and they have the right to forgive and if they forgive the child, they will ask the child to bring a bottle of Gin and a certain amount of money as a penalty depending on the crime the child committed against the father, when this is done, the coast is now clear for the child to participate fully in the burial rites and also qualified to be among the children for the inheritance.

Brothers, Sisters, Uncle has no right to acquire the properties of Urhobo man who died but survived by Children, infant everything belongs to the children except through will or he's not married or with children.

If Urhobo Elders did not say the truth, they will be tormented by Ghost and Ancestors.

If the children did not accept the truth from the Elders, they will be dying during their youthful age.
