Are You Getting in Your Own Way?

Sometimes the biggest enemy to your progress isn’t your past, your circumstances, or even other people… it’s YOU.
Yes, you read that right.
That little voice in your head that says:

“I’m not ready.”

“What if I fail?”

“I’ll start tomorrow.”

That’s self-sabotage and it’s sneaky.
It makes you procrastinate on opportunities.
It makes you doubt your worth.
It convinces you to settle for less than you deserve.

Truth: You don’t have to be perfect to start. You just have to START.
Your dreams don’t need another excuse… they need ACTION.

💔 He’s only 9 and already broken inside.

When his mom finally escaped an abusive marriage, she thought her children would be safe. But their father refused to give custody and instead, he began to abuse them just like he abused her.

Last week, I sat across from this little boy as he told me how his dad bullies him every day. His small voice shook… his eyes looked tired. And as he spoke, I felt my own tears fall.

No child should ever carry this kind of pain.
No child should ever be taught that love hurts.

Right now, I’m working with him through healing sessions helping him process his trauma, rebuild his confidence, and believe again in love, safety, and joy.
