Job Title: Account manager

Job Summary:
A reputable power tools manufacturing company is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Account Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Record daily transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Work with inventory and production teams to reconcile stock and raw material usage.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cost control in line with company budget and manufacturing expenses.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
