Many times when ministers go through things and survive, it’s worthy of praise, but it’s also important to check whether you came out intact or broken, at times after survival, you need healing so that wounds don’t inspire your approach to ministry.

At the root of many approaches in ministry is pain, not just the lessons learnt but the wound that causes the pain itself, this may prevent a man from making full proof of his ministry, hence the devil has not totally lost over such a life. Total healing restores your heart, makes you wiser by making you depend on God more and makes you greater than what you were, but the dilemma of ministry is that pain can push you, inspire you and make of you personally that cannot fully fulfil your calling.

We pray the healing of ministers today in Jesus name!

On ministry and Understanding ministry.
The call of God is not a burden, it's a privilege, and it's important that we know that. I see a lot of people making standards out of the coinings of men, hence finding ministry difficult. Primarily being called of God demands trusting him to prepare you as you yield, and make you what he wants to make you, not what you want to make yourself, or what men feel you should be. A lot of young ministers are under pressures that do not have eternal value, because they want men to see them as a kind of minister and as a result have lost the primary assignment of theirs given by the caller and are chasing assignments that vogue handed them. Note the following
1) you must be trained to do ministry, it's a must, But don't loose your assignment in the process of training, don't start trying to fit into a pattern that's not yours, this can be the reason for many struggles.
2) Excellence is compulsory in ministry, mediocrity is not good. But don't kill yourself with bills that will change your message, excellence is not cheap and it's not necessarily money, it's achievable at every level. Don't use the A.C. that will send you out of ministry😃. But is A.C. bad ?. Absolutely not. But it's not strong enough to put unnecessary pressure on you, you cannot be losing your peace because you don't have it🙄. If that happens, unhealthy competition is in your heart whether you admit or not, unfortunately, the people you are competing with might have the means. Can you be patient enough to wait for your time? , can packaging feed people's spirits?. In fact it's packaging because it's not you. Stop the fake appearance , if you stick to preaching Christ, the outlook you desire will be your comfort zone. Note that when that time comes you will still have to release your faith for them, but growth would have made it easy to do so. Faith is different from trying to manipulate your way into having those things. BLESSED

Make the decision to be all God has ordained you to be early, this affects your pursuit, associations and even use of your time.
Greatness is never an accident, a deliberate choice to follow purpose births greatness. This choice made early will determine many things about you. If I see a man’s use of time, I can tell if any consecration exists in his life that can birth any tangible result.
If greatness will be sustained, it’s consecration will take a whole lot of your time amongst other things it will cost.
This would only mean you will not have a lot of time to meddle in other peoples businesses or for frivolities. Until you give time to consecration, greatness will remain in prophecy!

Read carefully

One critical lesson life has taught me is never to let my discernment down, I have learnt that you need discernment the most when everything looks set in the physical. We will never enjoy the luxury of the physical leading us, if we will function fully in the plan of God, hence sharpened sensitivity always.
Many have made the greatest mistakes of their lives in moments when they felt there was no need to check their spirit. Do not learn by experience, what the leading of the Spirit could have prevented.

Although it’s true that moments reveal people, many times the context should be different. Moments most times may reveal the size of your heart to accommodate peoples flaws. I have found out that seeking perfection in people is deception, you should rather seek growth and while waiting for this, forbear.

When you think everyone around you must be perfect, you create a big vacancy for fake people. One key lesson a pastor would eventually learn is that people may be available, active and yet they are not fine.

While there are red flags in relationships which must not be ignored, many things we treat as such are not, thereby losing relationships that could have profited us.
The Lord enlarge our hearts.
