“All they need to do is give a quit notice to every Yoruba tenant living in their various houses, terminate their jobs where they are the employers, and withdraw them from managing their lands as caretakers 👉and you will see Lagos become empty overnight.”

According to Obasanjo, the Igbos don’t need to fight the Yorubas in Lagos to win the city — their power is already rooted in ownership and investment.

He went on to reveal that most Yorubas in Lagos today live in houses owned by Igbos, and many of the properties across major areas of the city are now controlled by them.

“Let’s be honest 👉 the Igbos have bought and built up a greater part of Lagos. Most Yorubas living there are tenants in Igbo-owned properties. That’s the hard reality,” Obasanjo added.

“Peace is not weakness,” he said, “but when you provoke a people who built your comfort, you risk losing it all.”

What Femi Adebayo Did When I Told Him I Don't Have Money To Further My Education Monsuru Opens Up

“I studied Theatre Art at the University of Ibadan. After leaving group, I joined Femi Adebayo at J15. There’s no way I can tell my story without mentioning his name. He played a huge role when Ojopagogo sent us for our industrial training, IT,” he said.

“I already knew Aunty Funke Akindele. I told her I wanted to do IT. So she said I should come to Lagos. This was right after Taiwo Taiwo movie, we were shooting Apadi and uncle Femi went to the late Bukky Osadare, a makeup artist. She told me uncle Femi likes you, can you follow him? I said yes. So I followed Aunty Bukky to him,”

“He said he liked how I work on set. He agreed. I agreed and he asked how much should I pay you monthly. I said I don’t want money. He smiled and said I will give you 5,000 Naira monthly. I accepted.”

Adekunle explained that Adebayo later pushed him to continue his education. “He asked about my qualification. I said I had my SSCE. He asked if my results were good. I said yes. Then he said why don’t you further your education. I replied there is no money but if I can manage I will go back to school. He said apply. I did and I get admission. My first school fee that year was 20,000 Naira. He gave it to me himself. He was using Access bank then.”

A trip that was supposed to be a happy reunion has ended in tragedy. Jacqueline Bolling Elton, a 60-year-old woman from the United States, flew thousands of miles to meet her 39-year-old Nigerian boyfriend, Alawode Olaide, but she sadly passed away at his home in Warri, Delta State.

The story had captured a lot of attention on social media, with many seeing it as proof that love can bridge large distances and differences in age. But the outcome has turned everything into a sad and troubling mystery.

According to reports, Jacqueline became sick on Monday, September 29. At about 3:00 PM, she was rushed to a nearby private hospital in Otokutu. Doctors there immediately sent her to the Central Hospital in Warri. Tragically, she was confirmed dead shortly after arriving.

The police were quickly notified of the incident. Officers visited the scene and have started a full investigation into the cause of her death. Alawode Olaide, her boyfriend, has been taken into custody for questioning to help the police understand the events leading up to Jacqueline's passing. Her body has been taken to a mortuary for an autopsy, which will help determine the official cause of death.

For a couple that connected across continents, this is a heartbreaking end. The story is now a sad reminder of how life can be unpredictable and that joy can quickly turn into sorrow. What was once a promising love story is now a haunting tale tragically cut short.

The Oluwo of Iwo has accused the Ooni of Ife of having s***** relations with his ex-wife while they were still married. He said he doubts the paternity of the child they had together.

In a viral video on his official page, the monarch claimed that his former wife, who was introduced to him from Canada, was part of a grand conspiracy to k** him and destroy his throne.

“My things are hidden. None of you can endure what these people have done to me. They packaged a woman for me. I didn’t know her from Canada. It was a setup. She was in my house for over three years, communicating with them and plotting my death.

” According to Oba Akanbi, the woman who later had a child he now doubts the paternity allegedly pois0ned him twice and made several ass@ssin@tion attempts while secretly working with the Ooni and his allies. “They were setting me up with videos and many things in my own house.

This supposedly ex-wife was asking me questions in the room, but it was death they sent into my home. She had a child, whom I don’t even know if he’s my child now. I have to confirm that through DNA.

” Oluwo alleged further that after he sent the woman away, the Ooni personally arranged accommodation for the woman and her son and was with her at a hotel. The monarch further noted that his conflict with the Ooni would never end.
