So back then I used to see one of my friend always with bitter kola and i will ask the reason for that then she will say it chases evil people around you.

To me it was a superstitious belief but I’ve come to realize that this thing does a lot of good.

The soaked water helps to reduce pains in new born babies.

It’s a rich source of anti-oxidant which helps protect the body from rascals

It also helps to chase snakes around your environment

It helps to protect your money in your pocket, to me it’s a superstitions belief though it works

This weather is cold, in case of cough try bitter kola with Tom Tom it’s a remedy for cough, soar throat and gastrointestinal.
