The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has launched the Overtime E-Clearance System, an automated platform designed to improve cargo management and ease congestion at Apapa Port. The system, unveiled on Monday in Lagos, is expected to clear a 15-year backlog of abandoned cargo while addressing corruption in the clearance process.
