These days I've been in full on strategy mode- holding down several moving parts of brands would require sharp and clear thinking.

This is why I prioritize my morning times- nothing takes away my mornings
I take out time to quiet my mind and anchor myself for the entire day.

It is in mornings that the entirety of the day is programmed, from mindset down to output.

Because I do strategy and Ex*****on and i prioritize quality, I cannot afford to go about the day without an anchored mind.

afternoons are spent maintaining my energy while at work, while night times are spent asking questions about what worked, what needs to be improved on and thanksgiving to God for his leadership.

When a visionary approaches me for a brand project- they usually complain of social media management and running ads.

I am always quick to explain that Just that will not build your brand, there are set systems you need to put in place for everything you are doing.

And many times it is just 50% of the visibility system they are focused on which is creating content.

‎I made it a point of duty to make my recruition and interview process different from what is obtainable.

‎Especially for young creative people, who have the eyes and the enthusiasm for the job market.

‎Some of them come in full of Ideas and know-how but lack confidence, some carry a bias that was told them and they have operated by for a long time

So inasmuch as this is Business and I am officially and gradually rolling out my Strategy & ex*****on brand- I don't joke with Empathy and my core Leadership value



‎I use a combination of personality trait Understanding and my Understanding of different human behaviours to speak to each one based on who they are.

‎I belive there is a key to unlocking various personality strenghts at work.

‎I don't negate self motivation, sense of responsibility etc- but people are people and they have areas of key strenght aswell as how to unlock it.

‎Leadership also lies in understanding and deploying according to proven pattern.

‎What started as a simple Brand Workshop in May with 16 members is slowly growing into something real.

‎We began by helping a few small founders figure out their branding, and positioning with practical help.

‎Today, that seed has grown into a small but active community of over 50 grassroots founders — showing up, learning, asking questions, doing the work, and seeing real shifts.

‎We’ve been teaching them how to generate leads — not just more people, but the right people.

‎We’ve helped them build brand clarity, structure their offers, and start present their brands with consistency

‎And our Thursday and Friday 30-minute brand strategy sessions have become value packed time where
‎Founders come in overwhelmed, and leave with direction.
‎It’s been pure service — and deeply impactful.

One of the defining moments of my journey was organizing an event and inviting over 200 people—one by one—through word of mouth.

I went around town, stayed up late sending messages, burned through my airtime calling and following up.

But on the day of the event, only one person showed up.

Just one.

It broke me. I questioned my voice. I questioned my worth.

But that season taught me resilience.

It taught me to detach my identity from outcomes.

It taught me to show up even when the applause isn’t loud—or isn’t there at all.

I cried. I withdrew. I thought God had failed me. But in hindsight, He was building me.

Now, I approach failure differently.

If something doesn’t work, I check for the gap. If there’s a skill to learn, I learn it. If not, I accept and try again—with boldness.

That day didn’t just teach me about events.

It taught me leadership.

It taught me how to keep going—unseen, uncelebrated—but never unmoved.

Because real leaders don’t always rise in packed rooms.

Sometimes, they rise in empty ones.

Here's the #1 proven strategy on how to boost sales as a food business owner.

A buzz is simply an event that can have people talking about you, aware of you and eventually patronizing you.

This kind of strategy appeals to people wanting to rush into trends and new things, especially when it is also to their advantage.

𝙎𝙊𝘾 𝘽𝙪𝙯𝙯 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨 you can implement for your food brand to get Awareness and sales.

1: 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: this doesn't have to be grand, but it sure has to be low budget or no budget at all.

All you have to do is, search for artists, face painters etc.
📍Run a 2 weeks marketing and advertising campaign online and physically.

📍Find a stand for the Art Event.
📍Make your products available (this would most likely work for chefs who make snacks and drinks such as; milk shake, shawarma, burger, grilled chicken etc.

The idea behind this, is to
1: Create Brand awareness first, which is more important
2: Make sales
3: Generate leads for your business.

You don't have to go the extra mile in gathering equipment, because this is an outdoor buzz.

You most likely should simply outsource for needed equipments or make further plans towards making it an almost no budget plan.

2: 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙪𝙯𝙯 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙨.

You can tweak your menu price and implement

The more a customer buys, the more their point increases, when it gets to certain point, they can purchase something without having to pay:

This one is tricky, you have to communicate effectively for your customers to understand this concept.

Second type of Awarding customers is 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨

You can create a *voice sync* contest on just your WhatsApp platform, get people to send in their version of a song, then announce the winner.

The major reason behind this is simply THE BUZZ you create for your brand if you consistently do this.

Guys, one thing I want you to believe is, these strategies are simple and can easily be integrated into your brands, without so much planning.

Ps: there are more strategies to implement, but we can work with these for now.

Pps: overlook any seemingly complex word and focus on the simplicity of the strategies

5 Key questions to ask before you plan your content.

🟡 What does my audience need?

🟡 What do they want to see?

🟡What new ideas can I introduce to them to solve their problems

🟡 How do i make my message more unique.

🟡 What is my audiences buyers journey?

make sure to do this thoroughly and do not get too logical with ideas that come to your mind, make sure to put everything down.

if you are finding it difficult to get ideas, study your competition, browse around different platforms, see what they post and how they do it.
get ideas from them and innovate.

planning and creating content can be a huge task for you the business owner and the professional
but, You'll be able to provide more valueable content, if you are able to answer these questions
