A young man with a confident gait and a slight nervousness in his eyes approached me at my office some months ago.

I can't forget his manner of approach in a hurry, he greeted me and said "Good afternoon, sir," he stood respectfully, one can easily describe him as "Omoluabi" - a perfect gentle man.

I looked up, offering him a nod. "Good afternoon. How can I help you?"

"Ah-ahn! Sir, your name is everywhere oo!" he said, scratching the back of his head. "They said you are the one teaching digital marketing, abi? People are saying your class is not just theory but real business, and that you even show how to make money from it."

I couldn’t help but smile. "That’s right. I teach practical digital marketing. Are you interested?"

"Ah, very interested, sir!" he exclaimed. "You see, I’ve been doing small, small Instagram hustle, but it’s like I’m not getting it right. My engagement is just somehow. I want to learn the real way to blow. I even heard that some of your students have gotten clients already."

"Yes, a few of them are doing very well," I said. "But you need to be ready to put in the work. It’s not magic."

"Work is not a problem, sir," he assured me. "I just need the knowledge. Please, how can I join the class? Is there any form or payment I need to make?"

I handed him my flyer with the details. "Here you go. The next class is staring this November, of which, I told him that we’ll be diving into intensive digital marketing and website designing training.

"Thank you, sir!" he said with excitement, clutching the flyer like a prized possession. "I won't dissapoint. God bless you for this opportunity!"

As he walked away, I couldn’t help but chuckle. His enthusiasm reminded me of why I started teaching in the first place—empowering people to turn their ideas into impact.

Today the said man came with his mother to enrol for my complete digital marketing training. I can't wait to share his testimony on this space.
