OFFA DESCENDANT UNION EXECUTIVES AND ILEMONA DESCENDANT PROGRESSIVE UNION EXECUTIVES MEETS KABIESI ELEMONA OF ILEMONA LAND ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

Yesterday, 15th of June 2021. The OFFA DESCENDANTS' UNION ( ODU) Executives led by the president Alh. Dr. Muideen Azeez salako and ILEMONA DESCENDANT PROGRESSIVE UNION Executives led by the presidentHon. Richard Agboola meets the paramount ruler of ilemona kingdom in Oyun LGA Kwara state HRM. Oba NURUDEEN ALOWONLE YUSUF ILUFEMILOYE, OYEKANMI II at his residence in Abuja.

During the visitations, The presidents of ODU and IPDU commended Kabiesi Elemona for his efforts in facilitating the meeting and working towards resolving land issues and promoting community development between the two communities. They noted that His leadership and mediation skills have played a significant role in bringing the communities together and finding mutually beneficial solutions.

The strategic meeting was a very fruitful and constructive centered on community development that enhace the quality of lives, infrastructure and economic opportunities for both communities, also centred on resolving amicable resolution of land issues which aimed to resolved any land disputes or conflicts between the two communities through peaceful dialogue which tend to promote harmony and cooperation.

Among others that registered their presence at the meeting were Hon. Yusuf Toye Musa member Kwara state House of Assembly, Secretary IDPU pastor Banji folorunsho and other members of the ODU Executives.

Abia State governor just signed Senior Citizens Bills into law in the state. This Bill entitles any citizen of Abia State who's 60 years old and above, free monthly salary, free medical bills, and other benefits till death. This is highly commendable.
There is no shame in copying this tremendous achievement by any governor, it's high time , we are waiting and watching.

Kwara Murder: Court Releases Dismembered Body Of Hafsor Lawal For Burial

Justice Hannah Ajayi of Kwara State High Court, Ilorin has granted an application to allow the recovered dismembered body of the late 24 year old victim of suspected ritual killing in Ilorin the Kwara State capital, Hafsor Lawal to be buried according to Islamic rites.

The application was made at the resumed accelerated hearing of the case on Monday by the Kwara State Attorney-General who is also the Commissioner for Justice, Mr Senior Ibrahim shortly after the body was admitted as exhibit.

The first defendant, Abdulrahman Bello and four others are standing trial on charges of conspiracy and murder of Hafsor Lawal.

At the resumed hearing additional three witnesses including two police officers and a consultant anatomic pathologist from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Dr Olaleke Folaranmi testified before the court.

The recovered body parts were brought to the court while the videos of how they were recovered were also played drawing emotions from the followers of the case.

One Sergeant Moses also gave the account of how the late victim, Hafsor’s phone was traced to Abdulrahman Bello and how he attempted to bribe him as the investigative Police Officer. The police also told the court that some parts of Hafsors body were recovered in Abdulrahman’s apartment while others were recovered at a public dump site.

After an oral application by the prosecution counsel to allow the body parts to be buried, it was granted by Justice Hannah Ajayi.

A total of seven witnesses have so far testified before the court while the hearing has also been adjourned till 21st of May 2025.

Dr Abbas Adio Adeyemi Adebowale is a trained/qualified consultant Orthopedic surgeon from Offa, Kwara state who became a serial killer.

Dr Abbas Adebowale was the Chief Medical Director Of Kaiama General Hospital, Kwara State, Nigeria.

Dr Abbas killed over 500 of his patients. Some were buried right in his office.

He killed them, stole and sold their vehicles.

He also harvested his patients organs which he sold to Muslim alfas and babalawos (extremely common juju practitioners across Yorubaland).

He killed his girlfriend Nofisat Halidu and buried her in his office.

He also killed two of his work colleagues..

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Kwara Command, has arrested a cleric identified Olayinka Ajiboye, for allegedly defil! ing three min0ors at Agah Village, Ilorin, South Local Government Area of Kwara.

Parading the suspect in Ilorin, the state capital on Thursday, May 9, the command Public Relations Officer, Ayooola Ishola, said the suspect specialises in harassing and s£ x ually assaul!ting min0 rs. Shola said that Ajiboye had been under the surveillance of the command, following several complaints about his nefarious activities.

“He was apprehended after a tip-off on Tuesday, and investigation conducted revealed that the suspect is the General Overseer of Divine Land of Joy Prayer Ministry, at Agah village. He had s£xu! lly assaulted several members of the church, as reported by the victims,”he said

The PRO noted that one of the victims, (names witheld) reported the case at the Gender Unit of the command on April 3, revealing h0 rrifying details of her ordeal.

“She disclosed that Ajiboye lured her into a house in Sango and s£ x ually assaulted her, afterwards, c0 mpelled her to swear with the Holy Bible. He threať ened her never to discuss the incident with anyone, or else, be ready to face fâ tal consequences,” he said.

Shola said that the second and third victims also revealed that the suspect cunningly rã ped them, forced one of them to term! nate the pregnancy she had, and they should never report to anyone.

The State Commandant, Umar Mohammed, expressed concern over the infamous act and directed the Head of Gender Unit to conduct a detailed investigation and ensure that the suspect is prosecuted diligently.
