Lately, I've actually learnt to be much more vocal about my business.
I'm talking about telling everyone, everywhere, because every opportunity counts.

Just last week, I got 2 cake orders from someone I met at the saloon.

I had gone to the saloon to get my hair and my kids' hair done.

A lady walked in and asked the stylist if her daughter's hair would still look good for her birthday photoshoot in 2 days.

And the hairdresser said it would still look good.

I took that opportunity to introduce myself and my business, we exchanged numbers and I chatted her up as soon as I got home.
Long story short, I got 2 cake orders from her.

It made me realize something, oftentimes our biggest clients are out there, not our friends and family that seems not to trust our craft.

Imagine a total stranger,she didn't even doubt if I could deliver. She was more concerned about the discount I was going to give her 😁 😂

My quiet era is over!

Hot take Monday and we are not backing down
The reason so many people are struggling with food, money, and time is not laziness.
It is a lack of the right information at the right time.

Nobody sat them down and taught them how to cook a proper meal on a small budget.
Nobody showed them how to turn simple ingredients into something satisfying.
Nobody gave them practical skills for real life, only theories for exams.

And then the world looks at them struggling and calls them lazy.
